“Very efficient service. Someone was at my house doing a survey and old boiler check very quickly. Once the initial survey had been done everything progressed fast. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.”

“I had an appointment booked at 4pm for an assessment. I had made plans to be at home for that time. I received texts and phonecalls (which I missed, being in a meeting) to say that the operative had missed me, as my appointment was at 2.20 pm. My appointment had been made by the previous operative, who watched me write it on my calendar in my kitchen. I did not make a mistake. I have not received an apology from the person involved. He has not returned my calls, nor has his boss called me as requested. Special arrangements are made to keep these appointments. It is not fair for operatives to mess people about. Everybody wants to finish early on a Friday. However, it is deceitful and rude to do this at someone else's expense, and then blame them. I would like an apology. “I enjoyed learning about the benefits of solar heating and the financial possibilities of any surplus electricity generated. Mr Wall explained everything clearly and fairly so that I can make an informed decision about whether or not to install.”

“Very prompt service , the two gentlemen that came to the house to assess the boiler and property were very friendly and polite. Tempo called me the day after the visit to discuss the details. Very happy with the service.”

“I was given a quote for the incorrect number of panels. I informed the office of what was needed. In five days no one has bothered to return my call. I will, therefore, not be using this company.”
