“Two men came to do surveys and took the best part of 2 hours. They said I would get my contribution amount, if any, the next day. No-one has ever telephoned me. I rang the Company several times whilst waiting. In the end, they quoted me over the phone for the cost of a boiler that was actually cheaper on the internet. Why waste my time and theirs unless they are getting paid for the surveys??”

“Two lovely men came one to survey and one was a gas engineer. Very explanatory and went the extra yard to explain it all to me. Rang before they arrived to give exact arrival time.”

“When I got the call I though yeah whatever been there before but they wanted a fortune for a so called FREE boiler.NOT tempo inspection painless, energy survey no stress and phone call soon after to say I'd been accepted and just waiting for an installation date everyone REALLY nice thank you. TEMPO”

“Would have been great but since the surveyors have been out and by the way they were great I have had no contact from yourselves except this survey. After being told I would have a decision by the 4th November.”

“Totally practical with all the information I needed. Liam got on with the surveying quickly. There was no coercion or bitching about other companies as I've had with other companies. Even though another company dropped their price by £1,000!! to undermine your offer, it was the straightforwardness, competence and offer to move my TV aerial (another company said I would have to move it even though I was already to pay over the odds). I am relieved I've made the right decision (so far) and got out of these shark infested waters.”

“The reason I clicked 'good' instead of 'very good' was because I was expecting a call within a day or two after the first time someone came to see the boiler. But once I had the call the lady was very professional and a pleasure to speak with.”
