After 4 failed delivery "attempts" where I was home on all 4 occasions, I finally had to give up the ghost and disputed the charge on my credit card. No attempts to contact me despite reach out to them on several occasions by both phone and social media. Impossible to get hold of and clearly don't give a monkeys about customer service. Truly shocking. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be messed about and waste your time waiting for a delivery that repeatedly doesn't turn up with not so much as an apology.

I ordered a pair of tennis shoes from tennis-point and waited 2 weeks thinking there might've been a delay in shipping and when i tried to look for tracking details in the email there were none and with my account it claims there have been no purchases made or history of purchase. I emailed the company and they took forever to respond and claimed they sent my package and that it was returned to them because "ups" could not read the address to deliver to. this was after 3 days of messaging back and forth, so I called the company and claimed they would resend my package and again the same issue. This time they said give us your contact number and ups will reach out when they deliver. I got a scammy message from "ups" asking for 1-5 dollars for storing my package until I receive it, asking for all my info for my "offer". AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COST. had to contact my bank.

To me it looks like a hideaway company. I ordered a Yonex racket this sunday and was trying to check with them on the details of the racket after finding a couple of discrepancy on the details while reading it on Yonex website. So I e-mailed them two days straight and there was no reply and they shipped the product anyway. When I read the invoice and order history in their website, they do not match. I am not sure how to take it forward when they say they reply back as soon as they can and customers are very important to them and they don't treat them that way. I am still waiting for the right reply and hopefully get the right product. If not I will have to trigger the return and refund process which I am not sure how well it will go looking at how things are now. Might be one of those dodgy websites. Don't risk going for it is my advise.

Bad deceptive site. There was an offer of a 10% discount promotion code if you provided your email. I went through process and when it wasn't applied, customer service told me it only applied to certain sale items. Avoid this place.

Worst customer service!!! I have waited for our 2 tennis shoes and kept on checking the status that says "shipped" and when I check the tracing number - the shipment has not been collected! I then called the Customer service in the UK from Dubai and the lady told me that the shipment was returned could be coz of damage or what. I have asked why then I was not informed??? and said that there was an email that been sent but my inbox do not have any response from the email I have sent them. the tracking says the items have not been collected yet how in the world will the return happened??? Worst shop ever! Not even sorry that this happened!

Bought two dresses to try for size and they charged me shipping to return them. In this day and age this is unacceptable. Will not be buying from this company any longer and I play tennis 3-4 times/week.

Worst customer service in the industry. Send coupons and then don’t honor them. I don’t recommend doing business with tennis point. Never responded to my complaints. Miles Meeden

I wish I saw this site before ordering. Customer service is non-existent. There is NO email address to email anywhere! Phone system doesnt work after hours. They sent me the wrong order, then send me on a goose chase to get a return with a vendor instead of doing themselves. They want me to pay for return when they sent wrong item? Their promos on website arent accurate as exclude items that are not mentioned as excluded. They had no interest in helping me out. Super disappointed in them. Negative stars

Avoid Tennis Point if you can. I ordered some Fila tennis shoes two months ago but received the wrong size. So, I got in touch with Tennis Point Germany. Their return policy is rather obscure. They asked me to send back the shoes from Dubai to Germany at my expense, even if it wasn’t fault! As soon as I challenged their return policy and they knew they had messed up my order they stopped answering my emails. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I called them once and they said they were working on it but no effort whatsoever was put into communicating with me. The tennis shoes are sitting in a box at home as Tennis Point didn’t bother replying to my emails despite multiple attempts because they thought that one customer didn’t really matter. That’s why I am here to share my experience, and to prove that one customer does actually matter! They should be named Tennis Disappoint!

I ordered 4 pairs of tennis shoes because they are on great discount. However, I received an email from them and told me to order no more than 3 or I will be charged $6.95/pair for return shipment. I read their return policy on their website, I didn't there is a limit on how many pairs per order, and their return policy is "return shipment of 3+ pairs may subject to additional charges". In their email they told me a totally different policy. I told them I will go by their policy on their website. If they have a changed policy then update and post it on their website. They just put my order on hold. When I contacted them and asked them my order status, they kept asking me to confirm the return policy in their emails. I told them over and over again I go by their return policy on their website. Simple like that! I told them I have already waited one week, if they can't ship because this reason then cancel the order, then they cancelled my order. I will never order from them again and will never recommend to any one. I never meet a seller like them in my life! They don't deserve any stars but the website request at least one star, so they got one star.

I made an order over 3 months ago, and aside from not gettin ANY information at all about it's tracking, 2 months later that the order was made, they sent me an email stating that my "return had arrived", when I didn't ask for any return or reimburse. They don't even answer my e-mails asking why this happened. Awful service, and awful client support.

Everything that you order from our online shop that we have on stock, will be ready for dispatch within 24 hours after a successful payment." 7 days from order, still not despatched. If this company is still in business by 2022 I'll be amazed.

Worst online tennis shop to buy from! I have ordered twice from them with free 2 day delivery and both times over a week to get it because they sent it snail mail via USPS! They are based in Cincinnati and it doesn’t take that long to get it to Indiana. This last time they sent it to the wrong address even though I called customer service requesting that it be mailed to my son who plays college tennis because it was for him and not me. Then I call the customer service department and they could give two craps less whether I get my merchandise in a timely manner. Nor would they let me speak with a manager. Totally an unprofessional business! Keep it up you will be out of business. I won’t be fooled a third time. You have lost my business and if you are reading this review. You have been warned and I wouldn’t give them any of your money too!!! Absolutely horrible company!!!

Avoid this company with no customer service support at all. No shipment confirmation, the shipped tennis racquet had damages, rude customer service if you can get a hold of one after none existent online chat and no one picks up the phone for after order support. I should have checked out the ratings before ordering from this company. There's no way I'm returning the damaged tennis racquet to them after reading all the previous reviews.

AVOID TENNIS POINT: do not buy from them. I placed an order and the payment was taken from my credit card, but I had still not received the items after 3 weeks. No update on progress with the order on my account, no response to emails requesting information, and no answer to calls to the telephone line.

This is a scam website! I ordered and pre-payed using PayPal. They did not send the order and their customer service is not responding. I have now submitted a claim for a refund through PayPal. I will never again use this online shop, what a huge disappointment!!!
