We randomly received an email and then shortly thereafter an invoice for an order that dates back to summer 2021 (?!), long paid invoice. In reply to my email to customer service I have now received a useless, possibly bot generated "answer", full of mistakes and without any relevance to my message. In a time of fraudulent payment requests, Tennis Point interacts with customers in a not professional manner.

Bought a pair of Fila athletic shoes, used three times and the tongue separated from the shoe. Because they were worn, no warranty. Tennis Point does not stand behind the products they sell. I wish I knew this before I purchased. There is no warranty on shoes.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY Unbelievable service lost order came late no one wanted to help despite being a birthday gift and ruining their birthday as a last resort I even reached out to CEO and MD - David customer service a manger just wanted to give me discount off next order he only replied because the CEO asked him to. When arrived all box battered and unable to give as gift after so late and ruined product - DO NOT order from these people be warned.

Ordered a month ago a tennis racket along with a bag, string, string service and dumpeners. After a big number of emails they let me know that there will be a delay. So, after 2.5 weeks they sent me an email with the tracking number of my order including all the items. 5 days later they sent me a new email, while the order was already shipped, letting me know that dumpeners were out of stock so this item will not be delivered. Again after a broken communication they refunded me for this item. Finally, when the order was delivered, I found out that the string was not assembled to my racket although I have paid for string service. Guess what, they never refunded me for string service after a ton of exchanged emails. Don't trust this site! Stay away!

Usted paga los errores de stock de tennispoint Pedido Nº 102723783, raqueta en oferta por un valor de 120€, comprada y pagada el 3 de octubre de 2022. Tras una semana de espera de noticias sobre la entrega del pedido, y tras recibir un e-mail anunciando que el pedido sufría retraso, me envían otro e-mail anunciando que el pedido ha sido cancelado por no tener disponible ese modelo de raqueta. Si bien aún no se me ha reintegrado el importe, me pongo en contacto con su atención al cliente solicitando la raqueta que había pagado (que además era para un regalo de cumpleaños que ya no he podido hacer) o una alternativa, recibiendo sólo disculpas y desentendiéndose de ofrecer soluciones. No me gusta comprar en tiendas donde todos los riesgos los asume el cliente, y nunca más volveré a comprar en esta. Valoren ustedes si les vale la pena arriesgarse a quedarse con cara de panoli cuando hay otras tiendas con mejor respuesta al cliente.

I ordered a pair of tennis shoes weeks ago, have not received them and the customer service is completely unresponsive. Starting to wonder if I will get my shoes or even my money back if they do not deliver. Absolutely appalling service

I'm getting suspicious. The website buttons for contacting them and for getting a return label and even for my account are inoperative. I have shoes I need to return and spoke to a person yesterday who said he sent me a return label directly to my email. It has not arrived, and this person did not even ask for my order number. Today they are not answering their phone. I guess my recourse will be to return the shoes and dispute the charge with the credit card company, which I don't want to do, but the reviews that indicate poor to no customer service seem to be accurate at this point. I'll write again if this is just a blip.

I ordered string and grips from Tennis Point . Received the wrong string and NO GRIPS !!!I was told to take it up with the shipper that they wouldn't accept the wrong strings and make it right . STAY AWAY ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!! ALL THEY WANT IS THE $$$$$$. TERRIBLE . Lots of good companies out there dont use Tennis Point .

My husband ordered me tennis shoes in April for the State Tennis Tournament scheduled in May. This is August 9 and I still have not received. This is ridiculous.

Avoid. Bought wind-break rise-vue competition https://www.tennis-point.fr/tennis-point-ecran-brise-vue-12x2m-vert-0317340149600000.html They sent just plain screening and it is not great quality either. 2 weeks of going back and forth with a French customer "service" agent, still no response on how to return and/or how to get the product I ordered. Just don't bother!

After 4 failed delivery "attempts" where I was home on all 4 occasions, I finally had to give up the ghost and disputed the charge on my credit card. No attempts to contact me despite reach out to them on several occasions by both phone and social media. Impossible to get hold of and clearly don't give a monkeys about customer service. Truly shocking. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be messed about and waste your time waiting for a delivery that repeatedly doesn't turn up with not so much as an apology.

I ordered a pair of tennis shoes from tennis-point and waited 2 weeks thinking there might've been a delay in shipping and when i tried to look for tracking details in the email there were none and with my account it claims there have been no purchases made or history of purchase. I emailed the company and they took forever to respond and claimed they sent my package and that it was returned to them because "ups" could not read the address to deliver to. this was after 3 days of messaging back and forth, so I called the company and claimed they would resend my package and again the same issue. This time they said give us your contact number and ups will reach out when they deliver. I got a scammy message from "ups" asking for 1-5 dollars for storing my package until I receive it, asking for all my info for my "offer". AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COST. had to contact my bank.

To me it looks like a hideaway company. I ordered a Yonex racket this sunday and was trying to check with them on the details of the racket after finding a couple of discrepancy on the details while reading it on Yonex website. So I e-mailed them two days straight and there was no reply and they shipped the product anyway. When I read the invoice and order history in their website, they do not match. I am not sure how to take it forward when they say they reply back as soon as they can and customers are very important to them and they don't treat them that way. I am still waiting for the right reply and hopefully get the right product. If not I will have to trigger the return and refund process which I am not sure how well it will go looking at how things are now. Might be one of those dodgy websites. Don't risk going for it is my advise.

Bad deceptive site. There was an offer of a 10% discount promotion code if you provided your email. I went through process and when it wasn't applied, customer service told me it only applied to certain sale items. Avoid this place.

Worst customer service!!! I have waited for our 2 tennis shoes and kept on checking the status that says "shipped" and when I check the tracing number - the shipment has not been collected! I then called the Customer service in the UK from Dubai and the lady told me that the shipment was returned could be coz of damage or what. I have asked why then I was not informed??? and said that there was an email that been sent but my inbox do not have any response from the email I have sent them. the tracking says the items have not been collected yet how in the world will the return happened??? Worst shop ever! Not even sorry that this happened!

Bought two dresses to try for size and they charged me shipping to return them. In this day and age this is unacceptable. Will not be buying from this company any longer and I play tennis 3-4 times/week.
