“I saw a tentsile tree tent only once and immediately decided to buy one. I have been the happy owner of a Connect 3.0 since then and have used it many times with growing enthusiasm. Even my wife loved staying in the forest with it. Ulrich, m, 56”

I want to apologise sincerely for our slow service at the moment. We’ve weathered many storms over the last 18 months, but we’re currently experiencing ongoing delays and staff shortages, right across our supply chain, the likes of which we haven't ever known. It is heart-breaking that right now we’re not able to offer the world class service we’re used to providing however happy our small in-house team are still providing the family friendly service.

“Awesome tent and a great company to deal with if any issues arise. I had a guest damage the hammock and the tentsile team helped with the repair. Amazing.”

“This hammock(3 person) is dope! It feels like the family is all laying in a horizontal, non-sticky spider web that isn’t going anywhere. Much easier to setup than I thought, can’t wait to convert it to the tent!”

“Hi Tensile team I slept in the tent and loved it. Unfortunately the quality was not as promised and there were faults in the stitching which you acknowledged but you only replaced the rain fly not the other faulty parts. Dealing with your customer service was actually quite pleasant. I have now decided to upgrade to a safari model And have sent back the entire tent and replacement rainfly. Let’s hope the quality of the safari this time is better. I had a safari model before that I ordered through wild earth here in Australia, unfortunately that one was also faulty but again The wild earth people where really nice to deal with and refunded it and totally agreed with the complaint. Fingers crossed the next try will just be perfect. I am really looking forward to it. Don’t let sloppy manufacturing ruin a fantastic product. If this works you will get awesome pictures from Down Under, offering some of the remotest areas and most stunning landscapes of this planet. My wife, my kids and my dog camp a lot Happy camping in trees Olli”

“We have got Tentsile Tree Tents set out in our woodland in the heart of the Peak District National Park and so far we've had 5* reviews on Airbnb with our Northwood Sojourn woodland camping. The tents are fabulous quality, look amazing and are surprisingly comfortable with the majority of campers who have stayed in the tents! Everyone loves the uniqueness of the tents and we've managed to create a brilliant woodland camping experience. We really couldn't recommend them highly enough! Northwood Sojourn”
