“My better half and I managed to rip a hige whole in the mesh and the customer seevices at tentsile was incredibly helpful and fast! I couldn’t believe it. And the cost to repair was much much cheaper than expected! Very very happy not only with the service but the product is fantastic:)”

“We were incredibly unhappy about the very long wait period between when we purchased the 3-person hammock and when it finally arrived. Once shipped, It was sent to the wrong address even though we had assurances from the company that they had the correct shipping address. During our long wait, we were quite frustrated to see the bright, shiny and well produced videos on social media of customers enjoying their beautiful Tentsile products while we waited and waited. Perhaps the company should focus more on their supply chain logistics and less on selling products that are likely to arrive much too late to get much summer use out of.”

Hi Bjorn, I am sorry to hear about this isolated error with your order which I will be investigating and will make changes to avoid this happening in the future. Sometimes with the time zone difference between the 3rd party warehouses and the impact covid has had on the warehouses (shortage on labour) an error can be made. Many companies have been effected by the delays worked wide due to the pandemic and I apologise that you have been impacted by this, we do our very best as a very small team to avoid and resolve any issues that arise. “This is an excellent product and the quality received met my expectation (note that I am fussy about quality and detail). What skipped my attention when buying this product is that there is a minimum and maximum distance for the trees to be found. This is mentioned on the website but not easily noticed. This is an important aspect to suspend the tent properly in-between 3 trees and buyers need to keep this in mind.”

“The Stealth 3-person 2.0 is definitely my best purchase of the year! Suitable for my dogs, with some extra layering on the floor, easy to set up, very comfortable. I have yet to use it with more than 2 people, but we've really been loving it for overnights in our area.”

“Not sure how to pin point what went wrong, but I had a trip planned and ordered the tent and kept getting missed shipped, then and multiple weeks and missing the time frame, I still couldn’t get it, so I was worried I was scammed but they returned my money, but bummed because I really wanted the tent”

“I was excited to try my new Trillium Hammock XL! I live in the country and had spotted the perfect place, right above a creek! But I was a bit disapponted: the hammock was so big, there wasn’t enough room to put it where I wanted... I had to settle for my second perfect spot: under the shade of the trees in the forest! But what I wasn’t disappointed from was the quality of the hammock and it’s roomy enough to accomodate easily the whole family of four with spare space. I am sure I will enjoy it for many years to come.”

“I recently acquired the Tensile Safari Stingray for 3 people. I initially looked at a video on how to install it, because it can be a bit intimidating at first. However, it was not at all! The installation was easy . So far, i've had the my tent for two months and I had the pleasure of using it a lot. It got used by adults and teenagers. The living space is large and offers losts of storage. It is very confortable even without a mattress inside. The protector for the rain is very efficient. Even in the rain, the tent is comfy inside. My 6 year old son loves it when it's installed in the backyard...easy camping.”
