“I don’t get to go camping very much because my wife hated to sleep uncomfortably in our old and obsolete tent I used to set on the hard ground, wanting to remedy this, after surfing the internet for something better I was very impressed with the possibilities this tent offers and let me let know that I am wicked glad I bought it as my Christmas present (told the wife to wrap it for me). I set it up in my backyard and me and the grandkids love to spend time during the day in it (it’s winter here). I’ll update in the spring after we camp overnight with the grandchildren.”

“I just received my 2nd Tree Tent, a Safari Connect, and I love it even more than the Stingray I've had for several years now! I sleep outside any night I can, and the Stingray has been my main 'bed' for the past several winters in Austin, TX, where fortunately the overnight temps stay warm enough to enjoy sleeping under the stars. Because of this, I often leave my 'Nest' setup for months at a time, much to the delight of my friends, neighbors and strangers who are always asking about the Spaceship in our front yard =D Unfortunately a few weeks ago it actually snowed in Austin while I was out of town, and the extra weight on the rainfly caused one of the straps holding the tent stakes to rip. I contacted Tentsile, who not only offered me the option to obtain repairs thru them directly and provided a list of repair shops capable of fixing the straps, they also offered me a discount on a new tent. Communication was timely and friendly, and even offered some tips for my new Connect. Shipping was SUPER fast as they have a distribution side in Texas, so I received my tent the next day after ordering!! I had been eyeing their newer Safari line specifically designed to handle semi-permanent hangs like I have been using my Stingray, so I used the opportunity to 'upgrade' to the Safari Connect! And WOW I didn't even know what I was missing going from the Gen2 to the Gen3 models, specifically all the additional pockets/storage! The Connect is also more functional for sleeping 1 or 2, as the side by side design allows you to cozy up better than the triangle layout of the Stingray, plus the 4 zip open panels allow for greater accessibility as well as an un-obstructed overhead view while laying down and staring up at the sky. If you're using it solo you can loosen the center strap to give yourself the whole tent as a hammock, or you can tighten it when sleeping 2 to create separate sleeping bays so you don't both end up smooshed in the middle. I really love all the additional pockets inside the tent, and the tower of pockets in the middle near the head of the hammock is secured in place by very strong velcro, but that makes it easily (re)movable if it's in the way when sharing the tent. The cargo net storage underneath the tent also creates a perfect spot for bags/gear that is still accessible while in the tent, but doesn't take up sleeping space and also makes it easer to grab things when you're not in the tent. The materials and construction of the Safari models have also been enhanced to put up with being exposed to sun, rain, and daily usage, so I'm pleased with my decision to upgrade. The mesh tent top even seems both more durable AND higher visibility, almost like you're looking thru glass when it's in place. It also seems to have smaller holes to keep even smaller pests out, altho all Tentsile tree tents are rated to 'sand flies' AKA no see ums, so you're well protected either way. And finally the rain tarp is heavy duty enough to put up with the infrequent but severe downpours we get in central Texas. After I get my Safari repaired upon my return to the West Coast this summer, I will have the option to create a stack when car camping with friends and/or at festivals/fairs, and the Connect's ability to connect to other Connects means I just need to convince a couple friends to pick one up, and together we can create the Trilogy super tent!!”

“I bought a big house with a non existent backyard. After putting down seeds , paving stones, a cypress Myrtle, a small fence and planter, I decide I could fit in a couple of hammocks. I cut a donated electrical pole in three pieces and cemented them into the ground. I was very excited. However, then I started seeing the triangle hammocks. I loved them. But nothing would fit based on the online specs. I was really upset, as moving the poles would be ridiculously hard. Well, after talking to tentsile over email... they made me a custom size! Now I have an awesome backyard that I enjoy showing off. Thank you for making this happen!”

“This is the most versatile camping experience ever, period. We are a family of 5 who loves adventures of all kind. Finding a tent big enough to fit us all seemed to always end with compromises. We had to choose between size, ease of setup, or multi-season capabilities. With Tentsile, we finally found our perfect camping set up that gives us it all; it literally has everything we need or want in a tent. We bought a Safari Stingray Stack and added in the Ground Conversion kit so we have as many options as possible to handle any situation. Utilizing the Stingray with a Trillium underneath and the Ground Conversion kit on the ground allows us to have room for the whole family and a clean and dry sitting/storage area underneath that could also be used as another sleeping area if we have friends with us. It’s like having a 6-9 person tent that fits within the same area as a traditional 3-person tent! Not only is it super practical, but it’s so much fun! It sets up just as fast as any tent, and once it’s up, it’s party time! Our kids love climbing and bouncing all over the multiple levels. It’s like a tree house that you can take with you anywhere! There is no place that we have been unable to set up the tent in one way or another. It’s also extremely comfortable. I’ve never slept so well while camping! I have slept many nights in backpacking hammocks and ground tents, even sometimes with air mattresses. I can easily say that this is the most comfortable experience ever. The sleeping zones are super tight with just enough give to make it feel like sleeping on a cloud. And with the help of the webbing system, each sleeping zone stays perfectly level to keep you in the middle all night. I highly recommend also getting a set of sleeping pads also. They are a must if the night gets cold at all and I can confirm they keep you toasty all through the night, even when it gets down below freezing. All in all this is an amazing shelter for any season and my wife is actually happy to sleep in a tent for the first time ever! We’ve slept in it in Yosemite, over a cliff on the Pacific Coast, in the Northern Sierra Nevada Mountains above two feet of snow, across a river in the California Central Valley, on the front of our house and even on an island during a weekend kayaking trip. If you’re looking for adventure in any terrain, this is the tent you NEED! One last thing I need to talk about is quality. Tentsile made one of the best camping products I have ever seen and they used some of the best materials available. I am amazed at the robustness of the build and I feel like there is nothing I could do to damage this thing. Overall, I’m pleasantly surprised at the strength of the build and the forethought Tentsile put into even the smallest detail. I was expecting it to be great for the price, but this is perfection! Thank you, Tentsile, for not settling for “good enough” but going above and beyond to deliver the camping experience of our dreams. Your products are worth every penny. Your obvious enthusiasm for your products and dedication to perfection has made me a customer for life! You have given us a reason to want to sleep in a tent every weekend! “First and foremost, I cannot speak to the quality of customer service, because I haven't ever needed to contact them. That being said, I've now had my Stingray tree tent for several years, and have slept in it in 3 different seasons (all except winter) and have even weathered some rain. These are the absolute best tents I've ever used. I bought this tent after breaking my back, as I wanted something which offered a more consistent and supportive sleeping surface, but I feel even better about Tentsile's support of our planet. They just recently passed the 750,000 threshold out of their pledge to plant 1,000,000 trees in deforested areas. Thank you Tentsile USA! PS - my dogs love this tent, too!”

“This tent is a wonderful product. When you have it set up correctly you really can sleep like a baby. Move around on your side on your back sit up straight how ever you are comfortable. When I received it, I was so excited that night I pitched the tent outside and camped in my back yard. Now I live in Florida. And bought my tent early November. So it was about 75 degrees outside (24c? It’s been awhile since I’ve had to convert) and I slept like a baby, and was completely comfortable throughout the night. I would say the only drawback is I wouldn’t be able to fit another adult with me in this tent, and it’s a little too heavy for me to take backpacking, but that’s ok! I mostly got it for camping with me and my lab, which that is amazing Highly recommend this product”

“From my first order, I knew I was going to like the product I purchased. The website was easy to navigate, the descriptions were on point and the communication after ordering helped ease the wait for delivery.
