“Very unimpressed with the customer service. Product quality is good which is why 2 stars. Overall not worth the cost since the customer service is so bad. Still waiting to get my correct order in September for a $1,500 plus purchase in May. But on the bright side they offered me a free $20 watch! Made up fees for saving trees would be a more accurate company motto. Like the tent but didn’t not like the experience and it should cost about half of what they are charging.”

“ordered tentsile stingray shipped next day and had it deliverd to my door 3 days later. customer support is amazing and helps with every question u have. now i just wait for una to get back in stock and ill buy that tent too”

“Fantastic product, great quality and a good company to deal with. The ratchet system is very strong and I've had 4 kids plus myself in it which felt very safe. We had a sleepover in my garden and used the hammock, everyone slept really well including me, it is a super comfy and well-designed hammock!”

“I am absolutely 100% thumbs up for Tentsile and their staff. I was introduced to the tent Concept(2)... pun intended, by a friend. As i was leaving for my summer holiday in sixdays, I called Tentsile to check if ordering online would result in me receiving the tent intime for my departure. I was very pleasantly surprised at the friendliness and willingness to help and make the extra effort to make sure the tent was delivered on time! And it was!! I am very happy with the tent. Build, design and material quality are great. The tent is, and does, what you expect. The wife, kids and I love sleeping in it. It attracts lots of inquisitive looks and questions from fellow campers.”

“We were enthusiastic for the arrival of our Stingray Safari and immediately put it up and tried it out. The Stingray was easy to deploy and we were impressed with the sturdy construction. As a not for profit EcoSystemsRestorationCamp we have to invest our funds carefully. We are happy to say that our investment was a good one and will provide a unique nature experience for our interns and guests for many years to come. “I have the connect 2 person tree tent and the backyard frame. I got the tent a year before I decided to get the frame. It was a little hard to find trees when I first started but now I see perfect triangle configured trees everywhere I go. The tent is super easy to set up. I can do it in less than 10 minutes now. First time it took me about half an hour to set up. Set up videos are your friend, the guy gives lots of great tips. The stand is easy to set up but 100 pounds so not so travel friendly. I needed it for no tree areas we travel to. My only wish list item would be a more travel friendly frame but I don’t believe it’s possible with the tension needed for set up. I recommend the tent to everyone that interviews me when they see it. Literally everyone comes up to it because they’ve never seen one. I’m still not brave enough to use anchors over cliffs but I’m getting more comfortable.”

“We have been pretty into 'glamping' for the last number of years and my 10 year old son has never tent camped (shame on me). I decided I wanted to get back into tent camping and REALLY wanted my son to enjoy it as much as I do. What better way to make it even MORE fun, than to be in a tree tent! The tent was super easy to set up and take down. My only regret is that I maybe should have went with the 2 person as the 3 person is huge and with only two people, one being a child, the weight distribution isn't ideal. Maybe I just need to tighten it up more! Will try that next time. I would also love to see some kind of non-nylon floor cover for inside so that our sleep mats didn't slide around so much. All in all we love it and I'm pumped to have more tree tenting adventures!”

“Love my new 6 person hammock. Took me a while to find the 3 trees in the right angles. Once it was up it was very relaxing to have my family reading and lounging. Very sturdy. Material is a bit abrasive if you move to fast. Would buy it again in a heart beat.”

“I purchased a Stingray (3.0), overall the tent is great, but you'd expect that as it's pretty expensive. They could put a bit more thought into their guy rope systems as there are better solutions out there and as I've experienced a single point of failure which can make the tent unusable above 1.5m. My biggest issue is with their customer support and approach to customer service. I followed a Stingray (1.0) setup video tutorial that was not appropriate for my version of the tent. This resulted in all my guy rope hooks breaking, when I contacted customer support they informed me that I followed the wrong video tutorial, although the video I followed did not highlight the significant difference nor that there was a more appropriate video for my version of the tent. After spending £789 (tent and ladder) I was originally advised to spend another £15 for a repair kit! After multiple emails I eventually got them to agree to send replacement hooks out free of charge, 2 months later I'm still waiting for hooks that cost pence making a £699 tent unusable for the activity it was purchased.”

“The company was very responsive to my question prior to me placing my order. Obviously with a big purchase like this you would have a question or two. They responded quickly and were friendly. I placed my order and they had it in the mail in two days. Great company and an even better product. I purchased the 6 person hammock and it is a crowd pleaser. The kids love it.”

“Best thing to cross the pond. I’m in the US and couldn’t find a similar, quality tree tent/hammock anywhere. Very glad to have found Tentsile online. Nice SEO work :). Takeaways: 1. Quality construction (bifl) 2. Easy setup once you master the angles 3. Comfortable, kids/wife love it 4. Easy to pack 5. Just bought the hammock, going to buy tent attachment later”
