When food items are in stock, Tesco delivery is very good and reliable, with friendly and helpful staff as well as various home delivery options. My one star deduction is in the ordering/basket part of the Delivery process on the App. It has improved, but the one thing I find annoying and time-consuming is with the added notes for substitutions. If you have an option and forget to complete it, you risk wasting everyone's effort and time by needing to return and messing up your meal plans. Tesco already had the answer to this when any added notes would appear against a product each time you added it to the basket. Please make this possible again ! Against a favourite of mine, I usually ask the picker to please choose the longest sell by. Today, 4 large cakes had today as the sell by. There are usually 5 days on the newest stock, and when ordering from home I am usually planning for a few days ahead. Tesco were excellent in immediately refunding the items. The Customer Service is first class.

I am a big Tesco online shopper. I either get it delivered or collect from the store. Collected this morning and John was absolutely lovely. I've never had any issues with my deliveries or collections. All the drivers are so nice and always helpful.

Placed an order online on Tuesday 19th March for collection in store on Saturday 23rd. Tesco cancelled my order at the very last minute! Utterly disgusting. There are other supermarkets on the high street

Stay clear of Tesco I don't even want to give Tesco one star but I had no choice. We ordered our weekly shop and once again it never arrived. This has happened on more than 3 occassions. We were given another time and still didn't show up. Tesco couldn't even be bothered to get in touch with us to let us know what happened. No update nothing. We live in S6 area of Sheffield. My wife called twice and was told they couldn't get through to the store. I called and the first advisor disconnected my call. The second was more professional, however we were given the same excuse couldn't get through to the store. I will be using Asda, Morrisons or Sainsbury from now on, as they have never let us down. If you want to feed your family stay clear of Tesco. We were told our money would take 3 to 5 working days to go back into our bank. Its fortunate that I have more money to rely on, what people must do if they don't have any more money. They are a joke. their customer service is non existent. We will NEVER shop here again the are a joke. Stay clear There are plenty other places to shop online.

My local Tesco has stopped selling so many of the products that I buy. It is not stocking Simple shampoo, Quilted Velvet Toilet rolls, John West no drain tuna chunks, Del Monte peaches, pineapple or apricots and many more popular items. The last two occasions that I have shopped there the store has sold out of its in store bakery wholemeal bread when I got there shortly after 8.00 am

i would like to commend a Tesco delivery driver who comes some weeks because he is so pleasant and efficient. He is always cheerful and helpful and so willing to bring the delivery into the kitchen and empty the crates because I am not physically able to do this. His name is Kemar. Indeed most of the drivers are very helpful. i remembered to ask for his name yesterday because he is so good and very quick as well.

Tesco used be a good place to shop but it's not no more ,too many self service ,used to put customers first,not no more . There is no where to complain ,and have now got private companies issuing fines for parking too long .my advice is they don't care so don't shop there

I had the pleasure of being served at the check-out by a lovely polite young lady, Olivia, in the Tesco Extra store in Leyland. Her politeness and smile was lovely. I have always found the staff at the store very helpful and Hazel on the Customer Service needs a mention too. Thank you Olivia and Hazel for making my visit to the store delightful.

Assaulted by a member of staff whilst exiting the store, staff stole my personal items, then racially profiled, wrongly accused and illegally detained. I have reported the incident to the police. Your staff need urgent training as your actions are despicable. I will not be returning to this store ever. Still waiting a call from your store manager with an apology.

The young man who delivered my shopping went over and beyond the service we have received before, he brought the delivery to my kitchen and even asked if he could empty the trays onto the side for me. Which was so kind but we were OK doing this ourselves. This young man deserves recognition for his customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would . ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE service AVOID Sunday evening slots. Or late slots in general. Drivers seem to get “ sick” or run late and don’t turn up at all. Fuming 3rd time they have done it to me . Have to wait all day for a call to get my shopping if I’m lucky. TERRIBLE service weston Favell Northampton

Terrible. Waited in for hours on a Saturday evening and ended up having to cancel plans. Still have no idea why i had no delivery as customer service also could get no answer from the store or driver either and eventually advised me it probably would not arrive. Advise not to use Tesco online at all. I have always had brilliant service from Asda so will return to them.

I usually if possible go to the same lady on the checkout till’s. Her smile when she greets you always makes my day. She is wonderful to all her customers. I would really like to say she is a credit to the company Her name is Angela O. At Tesco extra Central Park Wigan.

I have recently gone to Tesco in keynsham Bristol in the late afternoon and evening only to find that there is only one Til open with big queues at that one, so I was forced through the self checkout which is a absolute headache, problems after problems which is extremely stressful, i almost feel my blood pressure rising, other customers complaining around me, I am seriously thinking of just going directly to another supermarket to get my products if this doesn’t change. You definitely need more staff so that there is more opportunity for customers to move through and out of the supermarket. Kind regards Gavin
