Been with Tesco mobile now for a good few years, I've never had a problem up until recently where no fault to Tesco Mobile I was struggling to meet my bill payment date. I called the Tesco Mobile Bill Payment dept and was helped out with the most sincere caring call handler named Ann/Anne. She went beyond her duties to make sure that I got the best service and information on how much time I have if in any way I incur a similar situation. Ann/Anne from Tesco Bill Payments is definitely worth her weight in gold. Brilliant service, massive thanks Ann/Anne 😁

I got my phone in may its now october i have faced zero issues and employee PriyaP helped me out to find my PUK code to get my phone unblocked she was extremely nice and managed to help unblock my phone

Tesco xtra Dudley excellent service @ advice from staff especially Vikki who deserves a mention.She had a perfect way with her explained everything about my new phone .She made my visit extremely satisfying. Thank you Vikki.

Great service from Rihanna at Tesco mobile in Petersfield store, very knowledgable and polite, compared to previous encounter with Ben at Winchester shop absolutely hopeless and unhelpful to my wife ( maybe because she was disabled and 76 years old and didn’t want to spend more than £7.50 per month)

went to woodford green tesco to renew my contract yesterday.Lady called Vicky was very helpful and managed to reduce my monthly payment and give additional GB aswell.very pleased.

We visited the store at Kidsgrove yesterday and Rihanna and Lewis the two staff who attended to us were exceptional. We are elderly people and we get a bit fuddled at times but they both treated us with kindness and consideration. They explained everything clearly and concisely and even took the trouble To set up our phones ready for use. All in all we found it to be a very positive experience and we will certainly be Recommending Tesco to our Family and friends.

Thankyou to the member of Tesco team who helped me sort out a query I had with my Tesco phone account this morning. Exceptionally patient help and advice today from a very knowledgeable person in the mobile phone department! Hope they enjoyed a stiff pick- me-up after dealing with an elderly pensioner who is not the brightest cookie in the pack when it comes to present technology. I have used the family package option to get three mobiles on pay monthly contracts. The price is affordable and added on perks are available and allow me to save more or add on extra data, for example. In a world of increasing cost of living, Tesco have kept their price promise throughout my contract. I highly recommed Tesco Mobile for affordability,options, ease of set up and customer support is excellent.

Renewed 2 contracts one has new motorola phone both for £7 each a month. Other sim only as bought phone last year as cheaper than paying monthly. Used family perks to reduce each by 50p per month. Both have unlimited mins and texts. Think its 2gb data. So on renewal paying £14 in total which is £1.50 per month less than last contracts with new phone for husband!

Excellent customer service, value for money, Voice quality inside the house a vast improvement on EE my previous network with uninterrupted and no dropped calls. This dispite EE having lte vol. Data speed not as fast on tesco mobile on 4g but still good. Overall very pleased I switched. Recommended...

I mentioned to the Salesman at the Mobile Shop that being a long term mobile customer I just needed extra GB when I renewed & he said it would cost me an extra £1.00. I currently pay £6.00 per month. However I now find that other providers like Vodafone, Plusnet give u 3GB for £6.00 n Lebara £4.95. It pays to check. Being a pensioner & low user on the minutes & texts given, an extra GB wld be most helpful esp as when our car broke down on the motorway. I'm now tied to a further 12 months as I'd recently renewed, would definitely change to a new provider next time!
