“Needed to change policy part way through and needed to have two cars insured for a short time. Operator gave excellent and informative advice and made the process so easy and went out of way to give advice and work around issues we had. Excellent service.”

“My only complaint is that if I allow them to automatically renew the policy, they always try to lob another £60-70 on to the premium. I simply do a go-compare search and purchase the policy at the premium offered, which is around £80 per annum. An auto renewal costs around £150.”

“You don't know if the insurance is any good unless you have to claim. Thankfully up to now I haven't had to. What surprised me when I was looking for car insurance was that the AA offered a competitive price. Usually I could easily beat their quote. I was really surprised at the price they offered. I suppose I will have to change next year though. No doubt they will put the price up.”

“AA pet insurance came up much cheaper than my previous provider of 4 years. The policy covered everything I already had on my gold policy. The documents are downloadable . I have never made a claim so can't comment on that .”

“1st callout to gallisheils took 41/2 hrs mechanic 1st he couldn't help then. 3 hrs later the AA man arrived Bob by name he was good managed to fix car to drive home apart having to wait all that time Bob made up for it2nd time 4 weeks later broke down again after 10 years a member AA man Brian arrived 1 hr later good service ☺ towed to Aberdeen both men were friendly and very helpful top marks to both”
