“Extremely helpful with a relaxed atmosphere. Jack showed me through the system we had discussed with consummate ease. I was left to choose the music to listen to, various music was played and enjoyed. The ‘sales’ side of the business was so relaxed and once my decision was made, a short discussion was done. Would recommend this business to anyone serious about music as nothing was too much trouble.”

“I first met Jack some years ago when he was an Assistant Manager for a hifi shop in Hertford. It was immediately clear that customer service was at the forefront of his thinking. Having previously dealt with many hifi dealers over the years, I remember being slightly taken-aback with Jack's helpfulness, unbiased advice and willingness to loan equipment. Some years later I decided to upgrade the MC cartridge on my Linn LP12. The Audiobarn had a little-used Hana SL available at a very good price so I visited The Audiobarn with my deck for Steve to carry out the installation. It was only after I had lived with the cartridge for a while and was completely happy that Jack then sent the invoice to me. Remarkably trusting. Unfortunately, that cartridge subsequently developed a fault, and Hana's UK distributor initially seemed unwilling to accept that the unit could be faulty. Jack took it upon himself to source a replacement cartridge for me and dealt with the distributor later. With The Audiobarn, the customer comes first! When the SL approached the end of its life recently, and I decided to upgrade the cartridge to the Hana ML, I made contact with The Audiobarn again. Jack made the arrangements for the cartridge exchange and took the time to keep me fully updated at every stage of the order's progress. Steve kindly came to my house to complete the installation, removing the risk of transporting my turntable. Overall, the process was handled rapidly and very professionally, as usual. I have to say that the system, in my humble opinion, now sounds magnificent. The Audiobarn offers a Gold Level standard of service that many other dealers can only aspire to. It is always a pleasure to deal with them. Thoroughly recommended!”

“Enquired about the Naim Uniti Atom Headphone Edition at The Audiobarn via email and was promptly contacted by Jack who informed me of a fair trade in for my original Atom plus an excellent deal on the Atom HE. Transaction was completed and the New Atom was in the post the next day with the original being collected same time as the delivery, nothing could be simpler. I can only complement Audiobarn barn for the superb service they gave me and would definitely recommend them .”

“I was (and almost certainly am) a HiFi neophyte. I spent a great deal of time searching for an appropriate dealer, who knew what they were talking about and who could be trusted. I did not mind travelling from central London to get to the right people. Audiobarn's reviews spoke for themselves and have turned out to be spot on. I spoke to Jack on the phone before coming up for a demonstration. The guys have been a pleasure to deal with. I have found the dealer I will be using for all my HiFi needs from now on (should the need arise). They have lots of stuff. They are smart and know what they are doing. The service is first class. I could not be happier. Specifically, I picked up a Nova, Spendor A7s, a fat power cord, some chord cables, and two Muso QB2s. All of which suits me down to the ground. I spent a few hours with the guys listening to various combinations of stuff - zero pressure (green guys like me often can't hear the difference between stuff - but the Nova and A7s were a great combo and I learnt that the right combinations are really important since it is not enough to simply combine the most expensive stuff willy nilly). Plus, they let my dogs in (which was a good sign). The whole experience was pretty unusual, outside bespoke tailoring.”

“I first met Andy in 2018 at another dealer and he introduced me to a Nova/Core combination with Audiovector SR3 Signature speakers. Last year I came across Andy's name quite by chance on the internet at The Audiobarn. I find the Hi-Fi market confusing enough although I know I love the Naim/Audiovector sound and wanted a logical upgrade and sound to what may turn out to be a forever system, but had little idea of where to begin. Andy gave me the benefit of his many years in the industry and over some months at the end of last year gave me clear, impartial and wise recommendations on the upgrade path, without any pressure. Last month I took delivery of an NDX2/282/250/Supercap combination and Audiovector's R3 Arrete speakers accompanied by appropriate Super Lumina interconnects and AV's loudspeaker cables; all delivered and installed by Andy in person. Delighted with the results and the sound which produces a much bigger and more authentic soundstage than the previous system. Andy also appreciates that the visuals of the system, also matter and that it needs to all fit into a domestic setting. Again, Andy came up trumps introducing me to Clic units to house the system and which will be next. In an era of quick, faceless, impersonal internet sales, Andy and The Audiobarn proved it is still possible for customers to get a competitive service, that is also unique and personal, topped off by offering a generous trade-in. I cannot recommend Andy and The Audiobarn highly enough.”

“I highly recommend Audiobarn. I had been deliberating an amplifier upgrade for a while and after a brief conversation with Jack he offered me the opportunity to demo my existing speakers with a couple of choices in my budget. As per other reviewers comments I can attest to the relaxed approach that Jack has throughout the entire process as I had wonderful hour left to my own devices with a Vertere MG-1 hooked up to a Primaluna Evo 400 and then a Naim Supernait 3 along with my Shahinian speakers and a dozen or so records from my collection. I was unable to make a decision on the day and Jack was very patient with my indecisiveness through to the point of me finally making a purchase. I can also say that the after sales service is first class, Jack clearly has a great relationship with his suppliers as he was able to quickly source a replacement unit due to a cosmetic issue on the first one. Audiobarn will definitely be my first port of call for any future upgrades.”

“The experience with Jack at The Audiobarn was pitch perfect. Despite me saying I wasn’t planning on buying anything and was just window shopping for a future purchase, Jack still gave me his afternoon to listen to a selection of great gear regardless. Not only that, but he listened to my very specific (and hard to fulfil) requirements and made suggestions I wouldn’t have even thought of. Well, long story short his suggestions blew my socks so far off I ended up making a purchase anyway!”

“I purchased a trade in pair of Neat Momentum SX3i speakers from The Audiobarn. I can’t fault the service. Jack was brilliant and let me take them home to demo them with my own kit on the understanding that if they didn’t work in my room I could bring them back. You can’t ask for more than that. As it is, I am loving them! Would not hesitate to recommend The Audiobarn.”

“The service from Audiobarn is excellent. They are very knowledgeable about the products they sell as well as some they don’t! I bought an Ekos se from the Audiobarn Steve,the linn set up guy, drove to my house in Southend on sea set up the arm onmy linn lp12 at my house so I didn’t have to be without my linn! Now that is service! I definitely will recommend the Audiobarn & will be buying all my upgrades from them.”
