“London Campus is very good but some teachers are so rude and their attitude is always to discourage the students instead of keeping in view that they are new in this field and need their guidance. Like Ms. Fay is very non - cooperative teacher and always will be on phone during assessment and later on fail the students intentionally, on the other hand school has also very good teachers like Kim and Sharon, these two are very talented, informative, supportive to students always.”

“I loved doing my course in a very relaxed friendly setting at the beauty academy. I have since gone on to working part time in a salon doing HD brows and individual eyelash extensions which fits in perfect with my family, I am hoping to return shortly for other courses to expand my business.”

“Nice trainer but Acrylic training takes more than one day. So I've invested a further £500 elsewhere perfecting the art. Good if you just need basics and qualifications for insurance”

“The team at the academy are really good, as a larger lady just going into the beauty business it was nice to feel I was not being judged for who I am but for the skills I had. The training is top and customer service is quick”

“Diabolical they wouldn't let me take a break in training because I had a baby, and was breastfeeding. Asked them to defer my course until I was back off maternity leave and they said no! After me asking if it would be ok as I was just pregnant when I signed up. I'm now left with half a qualification. The acrylic course was over subscribed and had 9 students with 1 tutor. Although she was fab, she couldn't give us all the time we needed. I am currently seeking legal advice as I don't feel like I should have to pay back a student loan for the absolute shambles that was supposed to be a VTCT. I now have to complete this training elsewhere. The tutors were all lovely and knowledgeable but even they seemed let down by the admin side of this money grabbing business. I do not recommend the beauty academy at all.”

“I am now fully qualified to do gel nails and the tutor was really nice, it all just went a bit pear shaped because we had an unfortunate power cut throughout the whole village whilst in training”

“I studied my Nail Technician Course in Chelmsford. The level of education received was of high quality. Very friendly environment and extremely well equipped. Class of only 4 students made it easy for the tutor to answer questions and show you the right way without having to rush or cut corners. very happy with the course and since completing this I have had a very lucrative business with a profitable turnover.
