SCAM operation. Ghosted me. Heather had confirmed they had a sideboard (Warren) in stock on July 8 and it would ship ASAP. I paid her invoice. As of Aug 18, no sideboard, no word on delivery, and after my 6 email messages and 3 voice mail messages - NADA. Completely ghosted me. Disappointing, as I wanted to support a woman-owned business. Seems like a scam. BEWARE.

After spending four thousand on a piece to be delayed by Bella Cottage for months, the cabinet is of very poor quality. It hurt even further to spend three hours reconfiguring the latches so the doors would properly close. My husband just said - gosh, they should now be paying us for the time we have spent on this cabinet just to get it to function. Very bummed out. Please do not spend your hard earned money here.

I ordered and paid for 2 pieces in April of 2020 and was told every month that is was delayed and was guaranteed shipment the following month. That has continued through January 2022 and have now been told it would be May 2022. This is for 2 small console tables. I have now canceled my order and will not shop with this company again

This company is not legitimate. They have kept nearly $2,000 of my money after cancelling my order from early September 2021. They do not respond for requests for refund and I’m now forced to submit a fraud claim to the Federal Trade Commission and get my credit card company to reverse the charge on the basis of fraud.

I would give this place zero stars if that was an option. I recently ordered two chairs from Bella Cottage. One was delivered correctly and the other was a different chair. I have no issues with the product, just the horribly lazy customer service. I immediately emailed (because you can’t even call these people) Bella Cottage to report the error and they did nothing. It has been five weeks and they won’t ship the correct chair or come collect the chair that I did not order. Overall, it’s been a complete disaster. I will never order from this place again.

Hi Alexandra, I am sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with our customer service even after our team has sent multiple emails and has kept you informed. The staff at The Bella Cottage works hard to resolve issues. I wish all resolutions could be as quick as a snap, but we are here to work through it every step of the way when they are not.

This was my first experience with The Bella Cottage. I am very disappointed with the rugs I purchased. They are no where near the color in the pictures. The rugs I ordered don't even look grey they are so light. Then I read that I will loose a lot of money if I return them. Again, extremely disappointed!

The first item that I ordered was not available even though it was advertised. When I chose a different item, it was not available either. Most likely, I would not recommend.
