“Ordered an item from The Crafty Giraffe and paid £4.25 for 24 hour ie next day delivery. I didn't receive it the next day and when I queried why this happened I was advised that the 24 hour delivery is from when the item was shipped which could take 2-4 days?! Very misleading for people who think they are paying for next day delivery like any normal retailer offers.”
“Surprise: 9€ of customs fees for a 14€ item.
The parcels are sent to France without even considering the customs fees so we pay a fine.
Very disappointing.
The price of the article was 14 and is now 7€, from simple to double!
