Next day delivery was not achieved, ie. 13th April, item arrived on 20th. I ordered a fluorescent light fitting that was poorly packaged resulting in the tube being broken.

Hey, Thanks for getting in touch. Sorry to hear your goods didn't arrive with you on time. I've just had a quick look into this and it does look like you ordered with us after 4PM on the 12th. This means your goods were dispatched out from our warehouse on the 13th for delivery the next working day. Due to the long bank holiday weekend (Good Friday and Easter Monday), your item was then delivered the next working day which was Tuesday 18th. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We would love to hear your feedback on how we can communicate our holiday times a little better. We also look forward to hopefully seeing you again next time! :-)

Item shown in stock when ordered, but nothing arrived and no contact from them to tell me it was on back order with no due date. Only found out when phoned them on the 0844 costly number. They were polite and gave me a refund.

It does look like there has been a warehouse discrepancy and when the guys have gone to retrieve the stock it hasn't been on the shelf. Apologies this wasn't communicated to you earlier. It does look like when our guys have gone to pick your item in the warehouse it has been damaged in transit from the supplier. Our team have tried to source you a new one without avail, although I go apologise for our team not making this clearer earlier. We really hope we can make it up to you in the future :-)

The original two labels arrived badly packed and Royal Mail had managed to bend them at the vulnerable area on the packaging! The replacements have not yet arrived even though an email from you said they had been despatched days ago. The Fed-Ex tracking number on your email brought up someone in Manchester who had apparently taken delivery! I rang your company and spoke to Gemma who looked into it and agreed there had been some sort of mix up. She is arranging for two more labels to be sent to me (hopefully packed properly this time)

one tube did not give the same level of light when fired up. I sent an email about this but got no reply.

Hi Jim, Sorry to hear your goods were faulty upon delivery. Which email address did you happen to send your query to? Our main email box (sales@electricalguys.co.uk) is monitored by both the web and customer care teams. If you drop our team an email on that address they will happily ship out a replacement for you. Again apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Hi Chris, Thanks for taking the time to submit a review. Sorry to hear of the problems you encountered with our stock levels. I can only apologise on the behalf of our warehouse team. The process we have here at The Electrical Guys means if an item is taken out of stock, all corresponding orders are placed onto 'back order'. This is then communicated to our customer care team to make our customers aware. On this occasion this was not communicated by our logistics team due to a system error. I again can only apologise for this and we hope we can make it up to you in the future :-)

I received an email telling me that the light tube would be delivered on Jan. 4th. It's now the 9th and it hasn't arrived yet.

Great price but terrible communication and delivery. Had to pay 3 times to ring the 0844 number due to incompetence. And a pre 10am delve that turned up late afternoon. Even though should have been delivered the previous day. We would not use this company again.

Items supplied were not as per initial description. Poorly packaged so upon arrival some were broken. No delivery note included.

Well my goods where damaged it was the last one had no choice but to have be nice if I got refunded as damaged

Good comunication PLEASE PLEASE do not send 5ft glass tubes wrapped just in bubblewrap it bends glass does not! Originall & replacement both broken

Received a different product than the one shown. Specifically shopped around to avoid getting the one they sent which I could have obtained cheaper elsewhere.

I clearly ordered yellow lamps, the invoice said yellow. When I OPENED THE BOX RED LAMPS!!! Good though , rectified in a few days.

Displayed 'Kidde' brand 'Home Safety Pack', but sent the 'Lifesaver' brand Essential Alarm Pack' which is exactly what I was trying to shop around to avoid. They should display an image of the one they're actually sending. Could have got the one they sent much cheaper elsewhere. Deceitful sales tactics. Not impressed.

Please check your email dated 11/08/16 as I still haven't heard back from you. Hello, I just received the electric meter box. It does not seem to be put together well. See attached pictures. Is that normal? Water will go through the gap surely. If this is not normal what can we do to fix this? Kind regards, Alex

I purchased a 2amp plug which arrived in a box big enough to fit a toaster. Could have been sent in a jiffy bag and reduced the cost of the packaging. With P & P a relative cheap item was doubled in cost.
