“Living in Maine does not give me much of a chance to enjoy New Mexico foods. Hatch chile store to the rescue!!! My frozen chile arrived in perfect condition. Now I can get my green chile hunger satisfied.”

“I moved to Maine after living 45 years in Arizona. I love it! But…sure miss good green chile! I ordered from The Hatch Chile Store and was not disappointed. Delicious green chile!! Nice, meaty pieces with loads of roasted chile flavor. Excellent rellanos and tamales, too!”

“I like heat, but I love flavor. HCS's products are seasonaly delicious. To avoid a repeat of previous disappointments, I now respond quickly to the periodic offers that interest me. To miss the roasted Big Jims again would be a shame. I love to order from a company that loves their products as much as I do.”

“I love the hatch Chile store. Their dried hominy and spice blend bottle for posole are wonderful. Received my frozen Chile rellenos, haven’t had them yet , but in the past they’ve been my favorite”

“Well, the Chile rellenos arrived defrosted so per your recommendation I refroze them. The batter reflected the freezer taste and there was basically minimal cheese inside. The worst Chile relleno I have ever tasted. They went in the trash. The tamales also arrived defrosted. These were not bad, but definitely not the best! I don’t think refreezing was the best option. I also ordered 3 jars of the HOT green Chile peppers! They are mild at best. When the jars came there was dust build up on the lids. The bottom sticker said 110521. And 0523. So I assume they were canned on Nov 05, 2021 and will expire May of this year. Very disappointed in all products!”

“Chili Rellenos tasted great, I am enjoying these and would highly consider reordering. Also enjoying Jalapeno salsa. Tastes great on chili Rellenos and as a salsa for chips. Looking forward to trying chimichangas and another of the red salsas. Great Products!”

“My wife and I moved from Philadelphia to New Mexico in 2001 and stayed for 16 yrs before having to move back EAST. I fell in love with New Mexico food, especially Chile. We searched high and low for fresh Chile at many different food markets before coming across The Hatch Chile Store. This was a double bonus because I could not only order fresh Chile to roast and store but also I could get the mild green chile that my senior stomach needs. I have since ordered Salsa and Green Chile Powder to begin building the New Mexico kitchen I crave. The products are authentic and first class, the prices are great and the service and shipping seal the deal. Ole! to The Hatch Chile Store.”

“Ordered 10 lbs of HOT Hatch Green Chile from The Hatch Chile Store. Received nearly flavorless chiles with virtually no heat. Tried to resolve the issue with an arrogant customer service rep who jerked me around for a week. Never again.”
