“I bought the hearing aids but didn't like how they fit in my ears. Since they offer a 60 day refund policy I reached out to them, got a prompt response in which they clearly outlined how to return the items, did so and then received a follow-up email telling me my refund was being processed. Excellent customer service is the mark of a good company, so,if you like inexpensive hearing aids, I would definitely recommend these people.”

“I gave 4 stars because of the very good Customer Service, always stayed in touch with Email. I would have given 5 stars if Aids performed as advertised. I returned the aids within the 60 days and Called 1st., they sent my authorization immediately, returned in same Packaging and refund appeared in Accout within days as promised”

“Lasted 2 months 1 died. Said I wanted a refund listed on the last page of the instruction manual. They said it was beyond 60 days. 1 year. After 4 months of getting the same questions because they finally gave me a PO box to send them but over 10 emails they keep stalling ....totally worthless company I should have bought the same ones on Temu.”

“Cant get through to this company by phone or email. They are a sham do not trust them. I tried contacting them, numerous times with no results as I wish to return the hearing aids. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau.”

“My husband first pair, as he was to cheap to buy expensive ones. He loves tem, on low he hears great and loves that they are rechargeable.”

“My 91 yr old mother does not like the hearing aids. Trying to reach the company for a refund is a joke! Over 2 weeks ago, 4 emails and no response. Of course, they DO NOT have a phone number to call them to request a return. Would not even give them one star, but have no other options! Order #30891”

“On a lark, as my $4,000 hearing aids could no longer get their unique batteries, I purchased their $250 hearing aids. On their LOWEST setting I hear perfectly. They are rechargeable. Don’t know how long they will last, but they’re great!”
