Ordered my inflatable bed in early April after a month realizing that I never received my item I checked my tracking and it says it was in transit, ok it was a relief but then I was like hold on it’s going on 4 months now what’s going on and I checked the tracking and it’s says “ store closed “
Now I’m trying to dispute it with my bank and I doubt I’ll get my money back”
“SCAM INDEED! Wish I had looked into more reviews before I got taken !!! Many reviews here are identical to my experience! Placed order in early April for inflatable mattress. Tracking indicated delivered. When I emailed…”Zoe” said my mailing address was in question. After I verified it she said a new order was being sent…but provided exact same tracking number that already showed order as delivered. Over a dozen emails with no response. In the meantime I get strange emails and texts claiming to be either UPS or USPS stating they have a package for me without a complete mailing address…along with a link! (Ha! Like I’m following up on that!)
I have been in touch with my bank but need to contact them again to see how the process is going.
I went on BBB cite and there was a complaint that I could have written…except the poster had security cameras to prove no delivery.
I hope this helps to prevent at least one more fraud transaction!!!”

More of the same. I also ordered this inflatable bed in March 2023. Tracking said it was delivered from USPS. I checked with our post office. It was not a legitimate tracking number. Also checked with our mail lady. Tracking said it was delivered. It was never delivered. Total SCAM. Emailed company and no answer. I’m out $38.94. Now I need to cancel my credit card and replace it. It Even had great reviews.????”
“This company is a scam. Placed an order for a mattress and never received it. Contacted their customer service via email and Yana responded asking for verification of address and would need three days to investigate. Well, that’s been two months. I’ve sent several emails them and received no response.”
“Placed an order but never received the item, it said the item was delivered to my home address. I email them 9 times requesting my item or my money back, as of today no response. This website is not LEGIT ITS A SCAM.
To make it worse they do not have a telephone number for customer services, everything has to be done by e-mail.
