There was a warranty of a year, but they said 'Further to the return\/ images sent regarding your warranty claim, I regret to inform you that the issue has been deemed as fair wear and tear by our Quality Control team and is not covered by our warranty.'"

I paid over $200 for these boots, I would expect at least 10 years of wear for this cost output. I had a pair of Sorrels that lasted 10 years and were at least $100 cheaper. No more Muck Boots for me!"

"After contacting customer services several times I was told to return to the supplier who refused to acknowledge they were poor quality. Muck Boots are advertised as having durable soles but as the photos show this does not appear the case as they have had very little wear. Very disappointed customer who expected a quality product and I now have MUCK on the outside and MUCK on the inside."
