“They supplied wallpaper that I could not find elsewhere, at that time. I t was delivered very quickly. Unfortunately it was not all from the same batch, but we managed to use different batches on different walls, so it didn't matter too much. But. Three rolls had been damaged on the ends and the decorators had to waste over two metres off the beginnings of the rolls. The rug seller only reimbursed me 10% for the rolls damaged. Not very happy.”

“I have been trying to contact them as the rug is the wrong colour for my room by email and phone but to no avail the phone is engaged ever time I ring and nobody has replied to me email. And this is the company how say no problem with returning !!!”

“I bought the Super Sisalo runners and the quality is very good. There were two purchases. The first one no issues at all: everything as expected and went smooth. The second one not as as smooth as the first time and had to chase to have a follow up since it turned out that one of the sisalo runners was not in stock, contrarirly with the information I had when I placed the order. Customer services available and prompt to help where needed.”

“I absolutely love my Buddy Runners (I now have three). They are great quality, made in the UK, and washable. I have one of them just inside my bi-fold doors, great for coming in from the garden. They are beautifully soft underfoot and don't shed. In my opinion good value for money.”

“Good quality product. Comfortable feel underfoot and gives the wow factor to our hallway. The jute backing is good quality. The only thing I found, as we have hard flooring, is the runner benefitted from a non-slip runner underneath the runner to prevent slipping.”
