Make your website so I can tell if things are back ordered or not. Don't charge a government credit card (or anybody's credit card), then not ship anything because one of the items was back ordered and won't be available until 4 months later. Were you really going to charge me, then hold onto everything for months and not even bother to tell me? I had to call to figure out what was going on.

Sent an inquiry about a specific pair of boots that showed were “in stock” but it did not indicate which sizes. Received an email back letting me know that specific size would be back in stock by a certain date to go ahead and order so as to have my order be a place holder. The supposed ship date came and went (well over a month) and decided to give it a few more days. No response from SC, so I sent an email asking about the status. Received a response that blamed supply from the manufacturer. After a brief exchange a day later I received another response stating that ONE pair was to be here but that they were not sure who ordered this specific pair of boots first. Me or another customer (how do you not know???) Being extremely frustrated at their poor inventory management I left the ultimatum at if this order doesn’t ship within 48 hours to just cancel my order. I never received a response, instead five days later my order was finally canceled and refunded and I got a what appeared to be an automated message stating that my order was canceled and my money was refunded. Thanks for leaving my high and dry! This is the third and last time I’ve had issues with orders from them, so of course I have to add the obligatory Supplycache will never receive any more of my business, nor referral. This experience was enough to ruin my further support for them for good.

Hello, after researching your request we located the customer service person you worked with as well as the email communication you two had. If you didn't receive responses, please whitelist @supplycache.com. We often get added to spam folders, which impedes customer service contact. We sincerely hope you give us another chance. I ordered the shift plus 900 cal spec mystery ranch line pack, a rouge hoe rhino hand tool, and some other little things, flagging, tshirt, bugz etc... SC sent the hand tool separate because the size weight and material I guess, the shipping was pretty good in my opinion. Both boxes came at the same time. They took about a week to get here. The small complaint I have is with the mystery ranch bag the fusee holder doesn’t fit the fusees in it. They are too long for the zipper compartment. So I don’t see why it’s called a “fuse compartment ”. Oh ya I forgot! The supply cache isn’t really that well supplied, like AT ALL I had to settle for what was basically my 3rd choice on the line pack and hand tool since all the packs, tools, pretty much EVERYTHING I wanted most of all is out of stock. So I had to settle for what I could get since fire season is coming up soon.

Hi Rosario, first of all thank you for an honest review. 2021 has buried us and our supply chain in roughly 2X the demand we had in 2020, which was a busy year for us despite the pandemic. As you can imagine we feel your pain since nobody plans on 100% growth year-over-year. The good news is we're constantly revising our orders, growing our stock levels, and pre-planning hard with our manufacturers to make sure we can satisfy everyone spring of 2022. You'll often find we are the last ones left with any fire gear to sell but that doesn't mean we're satisfied with being the last to go into backorder. Stay tuned.

You shipped me the wrong boot. These are the hawthorn explorers. I ordered and paid for whites line scout lace to toe. These are an inferior quality boot

John, White's has always made this boot and are removing the Hathorn branding on their product. They do not have new boxes yet but these are genuine entry-level White's boots. If you want to upgrade, please look at the 400V series boot.

Online I purchased am item that showed in stock. The next day I was informed that it was not. I tried calling twice days later and never talked to a customer service person. The phone went to voice message. I’m hoping that this can be resolved.

Received a Garmin GPS which was defective. They would not allow me to return it. They said it was a final sale because it was a dislcontinued model. There was no mention of that on the advertisement. Very poor customer service. I will never purchase from this company again.
