“The Grey Oxford Leather Watch Strap was purchased as a Christmas present for my daughter. It was beautifully presented in its own case and seemed to make an ideal present. Unfortunately, after only 11 weeks of normal wear, the grey finish has begun to rub off the edges of the leather and one of the bands has broken. The Company have been less than helpful deeming the wear to be 'damage' even though the strap is covered by a six months guarantee. In view of the cost, even at the discounted price, I do not believe it represents good value.”

“I ordered a strap from this company. The moment it arrived there was an issue and the strap wouldn't fit. I didn't want to force it as I didn't want to break my watch. I noticed that the problem was because the back of the holding mechanism wasn't sitting flush. Also on the other side there was a tiny hole on the side. Clearly a manufacturing fault because when comparing with the other half of the strap the mechanism didn't have the tiny hole and was sitting flush. They said I needed to send mine back so they could inspect it as the pictures were not sufficient. I advised that I needed a replacement much sooner so offered to buy a replacement strap and send mine in for a refund. I had to pay return costs which was advised would be refunded to me. Two weeks later I chased them for the refund and they called me to say my strap wasn't faulty as it would fit in the ones they tested it in. I asked them to put two straps side by side and see the difference however they refused to accept there is any fault whatsoever. I will let you judge by the pictures whether there is an issue or not. I have initiated a charge-back as all they would offer was a gift card or a replacement strap which is stupid in itself considering they told me there's nothing wrong with mine apparently... For fairness I have to add the second strap was fine and I have been wearing it with no issue for about two weeks but when there's an issue don't expect them to resolve it.”

“Some amazing quality straps at a fantastic price point. I grabbed the silicon band and a classic leather one, both are soft but sturdy and I'm more than confident in wearing them with my apple watch (normally I'm a little worried about straps holding but no issues here). The buckle on the leather one clicks into place and holds all day long, zero problems or risk of the strap coming undone, great design!”

“I've had the sport loop for 7 months now and it's still looking great! It's my main strap for the gym so I do swim with it occasionally and it's kept it's colour perfectly, very happy :)”

“Purchased a watch strap for my apple watch first time from this joke of a company! Parcel has been marked as Delivered however not been delivered to my address and most likely to another address or stolen by the driver! Contacted the company and so far have spoken to useless and extremely unhelpful agents! Shockingly I’ve been told to contact Royal Mail as it’s my responsibility to resolve it! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!”

In an extremely rare case such as yours, where Royal Mail have confirmed recorded delivery of your item (designed to fit through a standard letterbox) and have also provided you GPS tracking information to confirm delivery to your address, we do require that you sign and return a written declaration of non-receipt so that we are able to work with the Royal Mail support team to do all that we can to locate your item. I note that you haven’t been willing to return this statement to us so far, however, if you would like to return this we’ll do all that we can to work with Royal Mail to see if there is any more information available. “I'm extremely impressed with my recent order from WSC, they feel very similar to (if not better quality then) my two original Apple Watch straps but the price is much more reasonable! If you need a solid Apple alternative I would say they are a great option :)”

“I'm very happy with my NATO band. I think I'll grab a couple of the other colours too but for now I'm enjoying the red version!”

“Picked up the Defiant and black Nato strap to go with my series 5 watch, I bought it directly online and am really glad that I did. The straps are high quality and the stitching is fantastic, feels like a really premium strap. Normally with bands from places like amazon and ebay the stitching they use eventually comes loose and starts to fray over time. It also came in a neat little storage box too, wouldn't hesitate to buy again in the future.”

“Such good quality and fantastic value for the money compared to apple. I just can't understand why youd want to pay 5 times more for a strap from apple when you can get the same if not better quality here...? I'm a big fan of the butterfly clasp rather than a buckle as its much easier to swap out and it somehow feels more secure to me. The leather is also softer than my other straps so was a fair bit comfier to start and should only get better with time. I'll certainly be adding a few more to my collection soon.”

“I bought the leopard patterned band for my girlfriends birthday, she loves the design and finds the leather very soft and comfy. She’s been matching it with up with her purse which has a similar colour / pattern and it really does help her watch to stand out instead of being boring and techy. It was was well packaged and arrived safely the day after I placed my order online. Free shipping was also a nice little bonus! All in all a great item at a greater price 👍🏻”

Our policy is to refund postage on faulty items, however, we do ask that the item is first sent back to us so that we can assess it for fault. Once a fault has been confirmed, we will arrange an immediate refund of your postage in-line with our returns policy. “Yes the stainless steel Apple Watch strap is gorgeous but ultimately I am so happy that after buying a couple similar products that were scratched after a week and loosing the rose gold colour leaving my wrist grey I can confirm I have worn this strap daily for approximately 3 months and it looks brand new still. Amazing quality, the box was beautiful, delivered within a couple of days so no complaints at all and totally recommend! Thank you 😊”
