Had to the rate this product, a single duvet as poor. At least 30 cm of the stitching,holding the pockets of wool in place, was completely undone on arrival. This should have been spotted by a quality control checker. It lead me to have concerns that some other rows may become unravelled. However ,was promptly offered a full refund, on complaint.

I have had to wait weeks for the parcel to be returned to sender before requesting a refund.

I followed the process and sent the pillow back ten days ago, but have had no confirmation as to whether it has been received or I've been refunded.

Please advise me if you have refunded my £53 . I returned the Duvet at about the same time as I changed from one bank to Bank of Scotland. Your member of staff i spoke to Was very helpful . Unfortunately I have been unable to get through to you on the phone since?. You acknowledged receiling it back.OK!

Sent the pillow back, woolroom refused refund, plus never returned Pillow, as we used it, although the pillow was kept in its cloth package and pillowcase, they still refused a refund or returned the pillow.

Quality not as good as the description a thin quilt not duvet Fairly efficient service but waiting for refund first for returned goods sent back promptly. Buying from websites does not suit me!

The order was in the system and was still sent - I wasn't there, it got sent back by the courier, they said they sent a refund - I haven't received it yet.

Disappointing service, seriously let down as item never arrived. Had to wait longtime for refund. Got the product elsewhere in the end. Won't use woolroom again.

I had an issue with a duvet shrinkage after dry cleaning , before dry cleaning i phoned there advice line and no answer , they just blamed the dry cleaners who offered as a goodwill a refund but assured me it was done correctly , no help from the woolroom , will not buy another woolroom product
