Necklace arrived ......looked nothing like the picture on Facebook... Substandard rubbish .....not worth the money. Would like a refund as id be embarrassed giving it as a present.

If I could choose no star I would. Please think twice about ordering from this site. They claim they sent my purchase and they did not. They offered a $5 gift card and a refund if I return the items but I would pay the shipping costs to return. I can't return something I never received! I asked for a delivery receipt confirmation and they can't produce one.....so you are taking a risk if you order from them.

This has to be a joke. Each item is as cheap as the $ tree. Looks nothing like the same quality that is displayed in their online photos. Don't waste your money! And oh guess what? They don't refund your money. Haha

I tried to get a refund on the boots because theres not a chance I'll be putting those on my body.

NIGHTMARE. I ordered shoes Nov 15th it's now Dec 15th still not arrived. I've asked to cancel the order for 3 weeks and a refund. Customer service keeps just telling me the package is on its way. Even though I am entitled to a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations law, they ignore the law completely!

I wish I could give them - stars! I order on the 5th of November, its now the 2nd of December and I have not received anything! I have reached out several times and was nice in the beginning but this is absolutely ridiculous and appalling customer service! I am trying to get a refund and I am so worried I wont be able to get my $$ back!

I wish I had seen all these reviews before placing an order ! I still don’t have a tracking order and the customer service is horrible...most likely will report them to the BBB and fight for a refund if I don’t receive my order soon.

Shitty customer service, clothes are cheap & terribly made, looks like stuff I sewed in school! Nothing like the pictures... Don't buy! Difficult to deal with. Currently in a dispute resolution through PayPal, the nerve to offer me a refund of $20 when the purchase was $113. What a joke..

Very disappointed with this company ordered a pair of shoes when they arrived they were too big I wanted to return the shoes for a smaller size. They would not allow me to exchange the shoes at all. They refused to work with me I did not want a refund just and exchange. I will never order from them again. The customer service sucks they have lost a customer for good.
