“First, the positives: the jewelry is quite nice at a reasonable price. Normally this would be enough for a 4-star rating, but I ran into 2 serious issues. One: the package was notably delayed (I think it was over two weeks in the end?), and it took a one-star rating to get a response about it. This was frustrating as it was for my sister's birthday, and it missed her birthday, but was not a dealbreaker. Two: more troubling, they took advantage of the text notification option (which I had expected to only be used for notification of delivery or some other key item) to communicate with me. This frankly felt like an invasion of privacy, and it was repeatedly done to try to get a better rating from me. To make matters worse, they were texting me while I was trying to plan my mother's funeral. While they couldn't have predicted that their timing was so exceptionally bad, I will be blocking them and will never use this service again. The privilege of my phone number should be used for vital notifications only, and should not be used as a tool to bother me again and again to get a better rating.”
“I wish I could give them - stars! I order on the 5th of November, its now the 2nd of December and I have not received anything! I have reached out several times and was nice in the beginning but this is absolutely ridiculous and appalling customer service! I am trying to get a refund and I am so worried I wont be able to get my $$ back!”

The only reason I even gave 1 star is due to great customer service and timely shipping.
However, the jewelry is not as described. VERY CHEAP quality. Like, gumball machine cheap. Both anklets turned my daughters' ankles green by end of the day. The ring cut my finger up with its sharp edges.
These pieces of jewelry are not as described; not good metals like sterling silver, etc. as the website describes.
Pretty disappointed.
