“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a mostly positive experience working with this debt service. From the beginning, the team was professional, responsive, and took the time to explain the entire process clearly. They helped me organise my finances and created a realistic plan that made my debt feel manageable — and that alone was a huge relief and a big weight lifted off my shoudlers. They covered each of my options and was able to exaplin the pros and cons for all of them helping me choose and decide the best option for me. I finally feel that I can deal with my financial difficulty in an appropriate and efficent manner for myself. The customer service team has been patient and informative whenever I’ve had questions. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would recommend this service to anyone feeling overwhelmed by debt. They deliver what they promise and truly do help you get back on track.”

“They explained all my options and the legal cover I had with each option. They ensured I understood everything. They explained the process and what is expected of me. It would be good to have an explanation about the referral process as sometimes I got confused with which company I was talking too. Overall DAS was good.”

“You allowed someone to subscribe to your service, using my email address. You don't bother to verify email addresses through the simple and common method of sending a link to verify. How 1980s of you. Are the rest of your services so advanced, also? Edit: after seeing this review - they promptly removed the email from their system. This is much quicker than I've ever seen any company deal with this. I'm actually... impressed.”

“Just a few words to let you know what great staff you have at debt service,Nessar and Ashley Knowles were great at helping me sort out my finances,every question I had was either answered straight away or they got back to me very quickly with the answer.both put my mind at ease and also offered support for the future,cannot thank them enough.thank you guys”
