“I love what you are doing guys, but as a service that is trying to reduce waste and create a cyclic end to end service the fact that the return postage isn't included in my purchase is crazy.
The experience is... I get a marketing message that aligns with my desire to reduce waste, you say you can help and you have a returnable/refillable solution. To me that sounds amazing so i order your starter pack only to find that the key element to your offering is missing! I can't return my pack! I need to re-order or I knew order at the same time a return pack. Which means you aren't offering me complete, seamless, east etc solution. You are making me do extra work. I might as well go to the shop.
I wouldn't mind if it was just integrated and raised the price of the overall product.

“The fabric spray really works! I have a very old dog that is hell-bent on lazing on our couch all day while we're at work. I vacuum it every day but it was starting to get a bit smelly. The fabric spray completely neutralised the doggy smell after a single application. The scent of the spray itself is also quite nice - it smells clean & fresh without being too strong and then settles into the background after a day or so. Even though the scent of the spray has mellowed, the dog smell has not returned which proves it's not just a cover-up, but is actually working to remove the source of the stink. Really happy with this product!”

“I’ve been looking for many years for a natural, non-toxic healthy washing detergent that performs well. I was using an eco brand that I got so fed-up of, cause our white clothes were going grey, the coloured and dark clothes were fading (really frustrating when you buy expensive clothes only to have them fade after 2-3 washes), and the stains didn’t come off.
We’re a young family of 7. I have a baby, and other young ones that can get very grubby. I do on average 2 loads a day to keep up. We’ve tried the dirt brand for about a month now. I am so extremely satisfied with its performance and it stretches quite a long way when you buy bulk. My white clothes finally look white again. The darks are not fading. The coloured clothes holding their colour. I’ve hit a jackpot here with this brand. Plus they’re in Australia so easily accessible and the price is good. “Initially a bit dubious about how effective this product and brand would be and how clean it would get our washing. I was keen to try it for many reasons and now am officially hooked! Stunned with the results, especially whites. Love how stains are coming out and love the fresh linen smell (all important laundry factors in my books). It's at least two loads a day in our household with kids, so really loving this product and loved the friendly service and communication that I've received. I thought this product would be great for my clothes but probably wouldn't work on my husband's dirty farm clothes. Boy was I wrong, it's hardy enough to take the dirt and grime out of my husband's clothes, yet gentle enough to use on our babies clothes.
