“This company is an absolute disgrace and I would strongly advise anybody reading this review to avoid buying anything from them.
I bought some LED strip lights for my daughter for her bedroom – actually she bought them herself and the experience has been horrendous from start to finish.
First, they didn’t arrive in anything like the scheduled time and I had to chase as the alleged tracking system the company offers didn’t work.
Eventually the light strips arrived but didn’t work – we had ordered the 20m set and they come as four strips of 5m with connectors to make the 20m length. When connected together the four sets of lights would light in various random different colours, fading along each strip and some strips failing from one end to the other. I contacted the company and on this occasion received an email back which was incredibly patronising, saying I had connected the lights incorrectly – little did they know my qualifications and that I absolutely know the laws of physics they were spouting. Anyway to appease them I connected the lights differently as they had suggested (which actually would have made fitting them in the room difficult) but still the lights failed – again, multiple random colours and failing to light at all by the end of the strips.
I contacted them again by email to request a refund – this is when contact from them ceased. I contacted them six further times, very politely requesting that they refund my daughter’s payment. I wasn’t prepared to let this company get away with their scam – I returned the goods under recorded delivery and set out in the returns letter that in accordance with their returns policy, and also as I had returned it within the 30 days period covered by The Consumer Rights Act 2015, I was legally entitled to a full refund.
Still no response! So, I contacted my credit card company who, having seen all the correspondence and photographs of the faulty lights, took it through their dispute procedure and would recover my money within 60 days. At this stage, I wrote again to the company stating what I had done and that unless I had my money refunded by them within 5 days I would continue the dispute and write my experience of the way they operate on every review site I could find. Following this they went into panic mode and emailed me immediately – no response to six emails and letters in seven weeks and then responded to my email stating I was going to every review site possible within 50 minutes! They tried to stop me from progressing the dispute saying that they couldn’t refund my money unless the dispute were cancelled by me. I continued with the dispute to recover my money, which I now have, as if I had cancelled the dispute I would not have been able to reopen it and the company would have been able to run off into the sunset with my money.
Based on other reviews of this company on various sites their standard approach is to dispute the review – however, ask yourself why every review says much the same thing, the common link is that this company provide very poor quality goods, provide terrible customer service, and fail to meet their moral and legal obligations.”

Emailed them & promised lights last week..still not arrived. Scum bag companies like this should be ashamed of taking kids money! Need closing down. “I would give this company minus stars if I could. Terrible service. Order was a couple of months late. Tracking locator didn't work. Didn't reply to any of my messages. Only received the product once I had put in a complaint with paypal. No apology, no messages. Packaging was terrible. Avoid at all costs!!!!”
