Hey, nice product guys, im completely happy with my googles I use to swim on mornings and afternoons and it's nice to have a pair for low and high light, your recommendations before sent the product are very helpful, but a couple of comments to improve. The case is pretty but the foam is some delicate, after a couple of weeks it deformed, not much but it is something to notice. And also, the delivery package was open inside, all the boxes of each pair of goggles were open and a little broken, maybe it could be parcel or the delivery service, but it is also something that I can highlight. but the googles are in good condition Another thing, In your recommendations you say the water can't touch the inside of the googles, which I have respected, but they also mention that they wash with fresh water, so I want to assume that what I should avoid is the contact of chlorine and more chemicals, pure water does not causes problem for the anti fog?, if you can answer this question it is helpful

POSSIBLY THE WORST COMPANY EVER. (but I loved them at first.) I bought 2 pairs of goggles last fall, and all went smoothly. I decided to place an order for a 3rd color on Valentines Day. However, this order is a total disaster. 3 weeks after payment, their website still shows my order & scan waiting to be approved. I have sent 6 emails, but I've received ZERO communication. I have called their support line at least 12 times (which shows only being open 4 hours a day.) Nobody has ever answered the phone. I've left 5 voicemails, and none have been returned.

My son Zac received our last purchase. His nosepiece just broke during his swim practice yesterday. Can he get another nosepiece? He's at the Queens University of Charlotte on the swim and triathlon teams.

It is a fantastic product. My main suggestions are, 1) given the current issues with global distribution it would be great if you could provide clear updates about what’s going on as it spent quite some time before it into the delivery process. 2) It was really weird to be receiving multiple emails every week from magic5 asking me to buy more goggles before my first pair of goggles had even arrived. I’m totally cool with you undertaking promotion but I think you’ve got to ask yourself how often a person buys your goggles and what their triggers are for buying another pair. When you spam me, all I want to do is unsubscribe. And then you’ve lost any chance to market to me in the future. So perhaps be (a lot) more mindful with your marketing, And at the very least, wait until I’ve had a pair in my hands for a few weeks before you try and sell me my next pair.

They have a tendency to fog. Any suggestions? I made sure not to touch the inside but they fog after 500 yds.

The fit is fantastic. However, after just 3 swims the glasses fog. In your emails to me you say I cannot touch the inside of the lens, so there is nothing I can do?

First let me say I was happy with how fast I received my goggles. Website said would take much longer than it did. Great job. Unfortunately, the goggles leak no matter how I adjust them and hurt my eyes. On Friday morning, the 6th, I put in a "help" request AND sent an email to customer service. I have received no indication that my requests for assistance had even been received. Other email type customer services usually send you an email confirming receipt of your inquiry. Today is Monday, nothing...tried calling the customer service number which is only available from 1-5 p.m., est. Got voicemail saying to leave a message. Did so. Would like to hear from someone at the company regarding my issue. I don't think it unreasonable to at least receive some confirmation that my issue would at least be looked at sometime in the near future . :(

They didn't fit. Tried them on 3 separate occasions. Was so looking forward to them, but couldn't make them work despite following all the instructions. I requested return instructions and a refund, got offered another pair, I declined and again requested return instructions and a refund. Long silence. 6 weeks or so. Finally I asked my credit card company for a credit, then got reams of paperwork from Magic5, via the CC company, attesting to why I couldn't get a credit. I AGAIN requested a refund, and was told I couldn't get one because I had requested a refund, only to be told I couldn't get one because I'd requested a credit. It's been over 2 months. Totally disgusted with the customer service. God help you if they don't fit as promised.

Customer service is excellent. And the googles are great - except for one thing. The nose piece. I have received 2 pairs now from The Magic 5. Each shipped with a nosepiece that was too large so I swopped out for the smaller nose piece. But once you take out the original nose piece and substitute for another size the fixture does not securely remain in place and the nose piece continually slips out. Today I lost the current nose piece (-) and could not find it on the floor of the swimming pool. Right now I am attempting to superglue the nose fixture in place so this does not happen again. Ideally the design should include a better snapping into place of the nose piece as once the original is replaced with another piece, it no longer snaps into place and will fall out very easily. Fingers crossed super glueing will fix my issues.

The anti fog does not work as well as expected and was hoping you could recommend a treatment? I never touched it as recommended and only rinse in water and no chemical put on it either?!?!?

I need the smallest nose piece, which did not arrive with the goggles and had to be shipped separately. I can still have small leaks when pushing off walls. I have not started off a block while wearing these goggles. I need to have a pair of prescription goggles on deck that I can hold up to read the work out on the board, developing prescription lenses would be a fantastic improvement.

I wanted this to work really bad, but it didn't. One side wasn't quite right and was leaking. Customer service seemed initially helpful, having me send pictures to check the positioning. I was expecting to do a re-scan so they could check for discrepancies, but instead they said they thought they found the problem and sent me a new pair. The new pair is still leaking, they have stopped responding, and I am out $60.

Please provide your customers with the information, that you ship your goggles with an additional transparent coating on the inside - which needs to be removed too ... :)

I wish it was easier to determine which side of the goggles should be facing down and which should be up towards the sky. I sometimes put my goggles on upside down. Maybe a little paint or icon at the bottom?

It wasn’t clear to me that there was an anti-fogging agent on the inside of the goggles. As a result I washed with soap. Oops. I also used my regular anti fog stuff on both pairs. Recommend you highlight this issue much more prominently. Only used 4 times and now the anti fog stuff is impaired. Can you send me new goggles so I can start fresh?
