They failed to send the correct shoes. The shoes they did send are available in the UK at a far lower price (sportsdirect) and postage would have been free.
They have failed to answer 3 emails regarding returns and supply of correct pair.
I feel very let down. Even if they return our email shortly it would take a month to 6 weeks to receive the correct pair. That means a lack of boots for most of the term.”
