I too ordered the ionic hair brush back in October 2020 and its now six months later, sent numerous emails and nothing. Criminals.

So so disappointed ordered the Magic Iconic Brush last October and haven’t received it. Happily took my money but no goods or responses to emails. Thumbs down 👎🏻

Wow. Just wow. Wish I had researched this company The Warehouse Family before I purchased the mystical ionic hair brush! Same as many other reviews, I ordered in October 2020, it is now March 2021 & surprise, surprise I have still not received my order. It's not the money, just that scumbags like this still exist in the world & can advertise in places like instagram & facebook, giving them bad names also for promoting fraudulent companies. Never, ever buy from this place people!!!

The Warehouse family advertised an ionic hairbrush on Instagram. I fell for it and purchased. The product never arrived and they don't answer any emails. This is a scam. Please avoid.

Terrible company. Ordered myself one of their ionic hair brushes on October 28 and I expected it to arrive at around 6-12 days as they advertised. Today is November 23 and it’s almost been a month since I purchased this product and I still haven’t received it. I emailed the company about the delay of my product but no replies. Don’t purchase anything from these scammers.

Extremely slow delivery- not even within their own timeframes, and if the item is ever received it's the wrong thing. The customer service is also terrible, so slow you'd think there is only one customer service representative for the entire company. It's hard to believe this company is in New Zealand. I highly recommend ordering with someone else, Kmart, Mighty Ape, even Ali Express is faster and has better customer service.

Went to The Warehouse in Sylvia Park today at about 1:00 pm. Wanted to buy a Warehouse gift card for a friend. None of the normal checkouts were open, so I went to the self checkout section where there was a young male on duty. I stood around waiting for him to finish activating some form of credit card while he ignored me. Eventually I said, “Am I going to stand here for a hundred years until you help me?” He replied, “You’re welcome to stand there.” I promptly discarded the other goods I was going to buy, on the counter and walked out. Extremely rude!! I will buy a gift card for my friend somewhere else and I will never shop at The Warehouse again. Appalling bad manners and service!

Theres a lady at HAWERA Warehouse and she is arrogant and rude not only over the phone but in person too. My husband has rang Hawera Warehouse and received this person on the phone a few times and dealt with her in store many times. Her manner is rude and arrogant towards him and she definitly does NOT like tending to customer needs and requirements. She treats him with disgust every time. She may think twice when i am with him next time because i will not stand for this treatment. Put the shoe on the other foot… how would she like to be treated badly each time we seen her. She needs to be rid of. We are all human and respect to customers is a key factor in service. If its difficult for her maybe she shouldnt be around customers or deserve a job. She even had the cheek to ask him if he had covid because he was wearing a mask. Then that wasnt enough, she asked why he was wearing a mask? Its not a crime to wear a mask and is the persons own choice wether they do or dont wear a mask! A mask was used to keep him safe and others if u must know. Your disrespect doesnt go unnoticed and if you read this you know who you are. If you treat my husband in this manner again a complaint further up the chain will be made.

DO NOT ORDER! ABSOLUTE SCAM. I placed an order back in 2020. It has now been six months since I placed my order and my order has never arrived. I have not sent the company five emails with no response ever. They have basically run away with my money. I am so disappointed.

I ordered the Ionic Hairbrush in October of 2020 and still have not received it 4 months later. I never received a reply to the several emails I sent asking where my hairbrush was and I noticed that each time, the email address listed on their website changed! Now, I went back to check their website and the website is gone. This company is fraudulent and stole my $25. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I placed an order about 5 weeks ago said it’ll take around 7-14 days to receive tracking details and I’m still waiting currently sitting on the phone line still waiting for them to answer and it’s been an hour and 50 mins 😤 get onto it warehouse SHOCKIIIIIING!!!!!!!!!!!

Click and collect has been a wastevif time since lockdown. We will be level 2 tomorrow and still no communication. The lack of updates and communication from their customer service team is so disappointing and shows no empathy towards customer experience. Wish I hadn't ordered

Useless Click and Collect service!!! You guys are a waste of time and waste of money. Wish I read everyones reviews first before I placed my order. What a shame having to wait this long for just ONE THING. What a joke!!!!!

I would like my order cancelled and my money refunded immediately, just as fast as they took my money. Done an order 28 April 2020, money immediately taken from my account to pay for the goods. STILL WAITING Absolutely shocking service. Totally agree with the previous reviews, waiting time was 5-10 days when I made my order. It has now increased to 10-14 days. Response to my email, they will respond in 3-4 working days. I am currently waiting on the phone to speak with a Warehouse customer service worker, 1 hour and 20 minutes has just passed. Probably get my order next week when we are at level 2. Refund now please, then I can go to K Mart.
