“I would strongly recommend staying away from this establishment, where to start, order was placed 4-6 weeks turn into 14+ weeks, I received nothing but a run around timelines, after patiently waiting, I requested a refund, not only the refund was not granted, but Sol Shem-tov is the most dishonest and untrustworthy business owner that I have ever dealt with, I was insulted over the phone and all sudden a nice tone (your order will arrive soon) turn into a rude and unwelcome recital of his policies, I will be reporting this business to the BBB and ensuring other consumers are protected from this scam artist and untrustworthy places like Design Hub. After all the back and forth, I still don't have the items, yet monies were collected in advance. Worse place to conduct business with.”
