“First time to purchase, was offered 1st January as a delivery date, sat at home the whole day waiting for nothing. I tried tracking the delivery, the courier's website showed no update. I then tried to contact Wrightbuy both by livechat and phone, I stayed on the phone for more than 3 hours and finally gave up as no one picked up the phone, how bizarre even where it's very busy. First time to buy but will certainly be the last... Still waiting for dishwasher to show up, The Wrightbuy haven't even bothered with sending me an update, disgusting service. Thanks the Wrightbuy for ruining my 1st January, I'm sure your staff enjoyed theirs, they didn't even pick up the phone...”
