“I hired The Writing Crew to edit a manuscript because of some glowing reviews for ghost writing, assuming that good writers have good editors. I was wrong. After three attempts to obtain a completed edit, the final product was a disaster. In fact, it was so bad that I had to hire another editor to clean it up. To make matters worse, I was badgered constantly with a snake oil approach to sell me other services. The service agreement offered a refund if I was not satisfied. After repeated requests for a refund, no one will respond. Ghost writing aside, avoid this extremely unprofessional bunch.”
