Bought a b stock Keylab 88mkii. Ups damaged it. Neither would take responsibility so I end up needing to pay and extra $95 for an a stock. Two zillion dollar companies can’t take responsibility and a regular guy has to pay more after they break the contract.

for well over a decade I have been buying guitars, synths drums and studio gear from Thomann. I dread to think how much I have spent with them. Every order I have received has been well packaged, extremely good value - especially if you spend enough to avoid the set delivery fee - and delivered quickly considering its coming from Germany. I will continue to use Thomann for as long as they are going as I honestly think they are the best music retailer out there.

Purchased a Harvey Benton Acoustic Bass Guitar, product received had multiple defects associated with the 12th and 13th frets, that should have been found prior to shipping from their quality dept., when contacted their customer service dept., I was told that they will not repair or replace the instrument... buyer beware!!! Do not do business with this organization!!!

Fraudulent warranty policy. They advertise a 3-year warranty but fail to honor it after only 6 months when the product failed, despite the product not being excluded from it. Avoid! Cannot be trusted!

I've used Thomann earlier this year, and had no issues what so ever! I enjoyed their service and decided to buy something in July with some money that I saved up! My package took over a week to ship even though everything was available, and once my item "left" Frankfurt, I never heard from it again. After over a month of silence, I contacted Thoman a couple of times, and they finally found the package in my capital city in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. "Finally!" I thought as the package will only take a day or two to be delivered to my city (I don't live in Riyadh). Sadly, I have yet to receive my package and it's been held under customs for two weeks which is insane. I've contacted Thomann and so far, there customer service team is alright, but their shipping method is just horrible, and if I've know that it would've taken over 2-3 months for this package to arrive, I wouldn't have ordered it. Right now, I'm still stuck waiting and I was told the package might take 2 months to leave customs??? Like what is it going to do in customs in 2 months??? So yeah, until I receive my package, I will warn people to be careful and to be mindful that their shipping will probably cost you a lot of time. Blaming covid on the shipping delays is kind of stupid because that's a cheap way out on escaping customer's concerns. I will probably never use Thomann if my package doesn't come by the end of this week, and if anything is found damaged, I will use their service again.

Will never use them again thay dont believe anything you tell them because they dont want to. Genuine complaint just dismissed because they do not want to honour the warranty. Dont be fooled.

Worst online buying experience EVER IN MY LIFE! Parcel NOT Receive. Thomann hold my money 2150 EUR and ask me to wait for 4 months for a refund. (Do I look like MONEY LENDER to you?!) WORST Customer service EVER - No Followup - Fraud shipping - DHL (The shipping Thomann use is the cheapest which takes 3-8weeks to arrive). Not DHL 7- 10days - No resend parcel, Accuse my custom IS holding the parcel - Ask to wait for 4 months for nothing. - No compensation, apologies or whatsoever - They just felt sorry for what happen o They just told me parcel lost(after 4 months), will refund me in a few days(waited for 2 weeks). o Won't ask for resend parcel o End of story? Are we even doing business here? One time dealing? OK, Am I buying cheap $100 china product? 11 March Ordered & Paid and using DHL as shipping. Estimated time arrival is 7-10 days. 24 March Tracking still display that the item is in germany. Contacted Thomann and was told there is delay due to Corona Virus. It may take up to 3-8weeks for the item to arrive.(My parcel from USA using Fedex arrived within 1-2 weeks during this time.)(My guess is Thomann lied and used the cheapest shipping method (30-60days), DHL usually take 7-15days to arrive at my country). 14 April Tracking still not yet updated. Contacted Thomann , they said they have asked DHL to investigate the whereabouts of the parcel. 24 April Still no updates. Contacted Thomann ,They accuse my local custom is holding the parcel. 2 May Contacted Thomann , was told investigation will take up to 2 MONTHS! 3 May Contacted my local custom, was told there's no parcel from germany. 1 July Contacted Thomann again. Was told the parcel is lost and they will refund me. 8 July Contacted Thomann was told to wait for official result for refund. 15 July finally receive the refund (-$38 due to exchange rate.) HOLDING MY 2150EUR FOR 4 MONTHS & 6 DAYS NOW I LOST $38 DUE TO EXCHANGE RATE & THE RENTAL MONEY WHILE WAITING FOR YOUR PARCEL! THANKS FOR NOTHING THOMANN. WILL NEVER BUY FROM YOU AGAIN!

It came quickly and I was surprised on how well the paint job was/is, it's a solid platform to upgrade, but it rocks right outta tha box!!! It's got string buzz on both open E's, new strings is a must, but with a tusk nut, and a Fender High Mass Bridge, it's road ready, rock steady!!! The Harley Benton JB-75MN Vintage series in Black, it's a beast, now I'm raking up enough for another Harley Benton bass guitar. Thanks to Thomann, now us middle class people can rock out!!! Thank you Sir H. Thomann, please keep up the good work.

For over a month I was waiting a guitar they took 2 payments from me, and sent out 2 apparently the guitars got shipped back and they've sent another one. I still have no guitar and just realy crappie customer services

Very, very sloooow and poor backup eshop services, they need 1 whole day for simple task,so in praktice life, registration till payment lasts 7 working days, they send you 10 useless mails and at the end you have nothing, because products was sold during this slow procedure, however you sent confirmation of payment immediately after order. Guess, monkeys would be quicker than this staff. Never again

After finding the Epi Les Paul in honeyburst, I ordered it on Thomann. It came a week later with a broken headstock. Sent an email to thomann and they immediately shifted blame to UPS, while it was clear that the inner guitar box was loose. I was instructed to wait a few days or contact UPS. I sorted the damage check with UPS and informed Thomann that we just need them to confirm that they will pay for the return. That was almost a month ago. I was almost ignored the first two weeks. After sending multiple emails to thomann, stating that I sorted it out and asking for confirmation of the return cost I would get an reply as: " Don't worry, you won't pay for shiping. " Contacted Thomann 13 days ago, they said it was a mix up, the first agent didn't understand that I sorted it online with UPS (It's understandable, if I write five times I've sorted it out, there is a high chance to miss it all 5 times. So they said we will contact UPS to check and send me a return label (while previously claming I don't need a new return label). And yet again, I'm still waiting. They don't want to give me my money back until they recive the guitar back, but they also don't to anything to solve it. I've contacted UPS again and got an answer the very same day, maybe an hour or two after sending the question. So if you ask me, run away from Thomann. Customer support and customer rights are 0/10. This for sure the last time I'll ever think of ordering from them.

No recomiendo. Muy mal servicio post venta. Un equipo defectuoso fue devuelto para reparar, cuando me lo devolvieron estaba exactamente con el mismo problema. No habían hecho nada. Y otros problemas a la hora de los enviós , parece que intentan agotar tu paciencia para no atenderte.

Horrible customer service, they promise 30 days money back but shipping is super expensive for the customer and it’s hidden in their terms. Be aware, they want evidence for broken products. They want you to re-create an issue which could cause damage to your gear.

I bought a harley benton guitar. I also paid extra for a service to make sure it is correctly setup and plays well. What i received was a guitar with 7 bum frets, the tremolo was bricked and not usable and the pickups were barely hanging onto the body.

I bought a keyboard bstock. When i got it it was automatically swithing off. I send it back and they theoretically did repair. They sent it back to me with exactly the same problem. I had to send it back again. They did not care at all..if you buy a cheap instrument it may be ok
