Instead I was given a token for another card which does not include the postage I've already paid. So if I use that token, I'll pay two lots of delivery costs for one card (assuming the second one arrives). What a con. ”

Cut off time states 6pm for 24hr delivery and I made the cut off time by one hour they stated card was dispatched, checked tracking next day which showed card was NOT dispatched until 24 hours after order , Royal Mail did their job but this scam company lied. After complaining they promised to refund but as in line with their lies it still hasn't happened. - star given I would advise stay well clear. ”
