Easy to use site and not ever charging for tickets. Google search for this site can put you on a third party site where the tickets are very high in price, easy to be mislead to these sites for the less tech-savvy generations

The fees that they charge on a ticket are ridiculous. They are making it so people can no longer afford to go to events. On a $50 ticket there were $40 of fees plus an $8 delivery fee through an email. Unacceptable.

Ordered tickets to go to a concert. Changed my mind and sold the tickets and was told by Ticketmaster I must post them via special delivery which I did (Β£7). The gig was postponed and Ticketmaster have said they will not pay me until the new concert has taken place (TBC). They have the buyers money, they know the buyer has the tickets and yet they will hold your money. Avoid like the plague! Scam company

And to add insult to injury, Ticketmaster has the audacity to refuse refunds to the misled customers! Ticketmaster allowed the venue/promoter to promote a concert with Tamar Braxton in the middle of the flyer for a show in St Louis on 2/18.

Taking ticket insurance is a waste of time and money as i was refused a refund due to a change of circumstances. Very disappointing, I will book through another company next time

Changed my seat the night before the event to cheaper seat right at the back of the venue and will not change my seats now as its the day of the event and will not refund me as the event isn't canceled

The tickets however are not appearing anywhere on the website, how are they supposed to sell! There many other tickets for the same event coming and going with no issues, it's clearly a technical glitch but here I am Β£200 out of pocket with the event approaching fast! Total cost = $2100 which includes a $400 service charge for the 4 tickets, or $100 service charge per ticketβ€”but that’s only my secondary complaint! After purchase, tickets arrive via text and suddenly, there is a notice that we spent $2100 for an OBSTRUCTED VIEW! WTF? Are you kidding me??? Talk about bait & switch! Talk about fraud & misrepresentation!! I immediately started calling Ticketmaster &, in a nutshell, here’s what they said was the ONLY solution:
