Hi, Sorry the products did not meet your expectations. We spend a lot of time and effort into making sure the images give a realistic impression of the real thing. It is though impossible to ensure they look the same on all screens out there. Customer support will reach out to you and organize a return.

I never received my product and I’m really disappointed ! It wasn’t cheap and it was a gift !

Hi! So sorry the package never reached you. It's very rare this happens, but sometimes packages simply get lost along the way. As you are aware, our customer support reached out earlier and issued a full refund as well as a promise of free upgraded shipping should you place a new order.

We are very sorry you haven't received your package. Sometimes, although very rarely, things get lost or delayed along the way. We are, of course, looking into if we can locate the package and see if we can get you another package via express delivery in time.

I ordered and paid for a tie 14 days ago and I have still not received it. In the past I have bought things direct from China which have arrived faster. Tieroom service is poor.

Hi Mark, So sorry for the delay. These things don't happen often but sometimes packages get stuck along the way. I can see our support has been in contact and shipped you a new package with express courier that has arrived. Hope the tie reached you in time for when you needed it.

Hi Oliver, Your order was shipped out on the 4th of April. With bank holidays due to easter, everything has taken longer than usual but you should still have received it by today at the latest for us to deliver on our promise of 3-9 weekdays. Please get back to our support if this is not the case and we will, of course, make sure you get your bow tie.

Needed a tie for my wedding which didn’t arrive and no way to track. Also had no idea package was coming from Sweden. Disappointing

Hi, So sorry the tie didn't reach you in time. I would guess the postal service has managed to missort the package or had some other glitch. Either way, it's our responsibility and we'll start an investigation as well as have a support agent contact you to make things right.

Hi, It can take up to three weeks for refunds to be processed. Once they reach our UK return address, they are sent in weekly batches to our main European warehouse and there processed as they come in. Then it takes a few days for the amount to reach your bank account. But don't worry, you will get that refund soon. Thanks for shopping with us!

Your website made it look like I was ordering from a UK company, but it turns out you are in Sweden. I got an email from Royal Mail with a tracking number but that doesn't work so I have no idea when or if my tie will arrive. Appalling service, avoid

Totally disappointed. I bought a self tie and it has been delivered a pre tied one. I couldn't sent it back as I needed soon. Price too expensive for a fake pre tied silk one
