“Nice hardware. Software needs a lot more support. IMO should focus on firmware support of standard gcode / klipper and getting key dual extruder features into an open source slicer (prusa or cura?) Insufficient resources to develop and maintain a competitive slicer, so focus on the strong hardware design capabilities.”

“Once I get your attention it seems that responses are fast, but the time difference between my location and your location slows the communication down to one question and answer per day. I have also been slow to respond because I have been busy with other things as well. This is a comment and NOT a criticism of Tiertime.”

“发起众筹到收到货历经差不多一年时间实在太长了，本人都从香港搬家到国内了。中间多次联系商家更改送货地址都得不到回应，十分无奈。不过最后终于联系上客服，更改地址及提供姓名和国内电话号码等，快递很快就把货物送到了。现在还没开箱，希望之后体检都是满意的。”

“looking forward to receiving my new Cetus 3D printer. There have been delays due to Covid19 which especially affected the project in the city where the research and development on this innovative product was taking place, and of course supply chain delays. The communication on the Kickstarter site was adequate for me although some very vocal customers were not happy. The team listened to feedback from intermediate updates and responded positively on many details. Still love my original Cetus printer which has functioned perfectly for several years.”
