“Absolute joke of a website, had item in my cart and entering credit card details only for it to say out of stock as I hit review order. How can a website in this day and age not have the ability to hold the item in your cart for 1 minute while entering credit card details. I have my details saved and was just entering my ccv number to verify for it to then say out of stock. Absolutely ridiculous”
“High quality watches designed with great care and sold at very keen prices. More demand than supply at present, be wary of negative reviews from the impatient. All good things...”
“I've been the happy owner of three of Timefactors products, two variants of the Everest and a Speedbird, all have been spectacularly good products, and that's good period, not even with the qualifier of good for the money.”
“After 3+ attempts, I've given up on this terribly unfair purchasing system, set up to favour those who can "game" it. No semblance of a fair purchasing queue. No question of prioritizing new purchasers.
At the end of the day, it's a genuine shame to see the Smiths brand end up with a custodian who simply lacks the character or skill to make them available to purchasers in a fair manner.”
“Allthough those are nice watches but its hard to find for me. I always get notification about yeah were opening again on sundays. I tried for over a year now and still didnt get a chance. Always sold out.
I know its a microband but if you cant cater too much people than only scalpers and residents of england. Bad execution on the Sale.
Im getting more appaled by this action and wont seek out for a smiths watch. Not willing to pay double the price at Ebay.
So to those who can get it `ENJOY`
For those outside UK, look for another watch!”
“Great watches but web sales are a shambles with the result that flippers buy all the available products within seconds then sell them on eBay for double the price.”
“I have had 5 watches from Timefactors, have sold two on at a profit. They have all been excellent watches, many are made to military specification. Some very attracted watches including the popular Smiths Everest which sells at double the price on eBay and the Smiths Navigator which is my favourite.”
“I had been after a white faced 36 mm watch and the PRS 25 Everest ticked all the boxes. The clean lines and attention to detail show Timefactors really think about their designs and ultimate look. I knew this was an in demand watch , and set my alarm for the shop opening times. From order to delivery was 5 days and the watch arrived beautifully packaged.”
“One of the best watch sites on the internet. I've purchased so many watches from Eddie that i now call him Uncle Ed. He also runs a legendary forum where the members have raised over £100k for charity.”
“I found this online retailer a number of years ago and I was so impressed with the quality of the initial watch I purchased from them that I've since aquired a number of their other timepieces. All of them have been very well priced, promptly dispatched and well-packaged for shipping.”
“The afore mentioned “Luddite” happens to be a very nice gentleman who suffers fools badly, some people just do not deserve to own one his watches particularly the OP who I hope will soon be tracked down and woe betide him or her for the meek shall inherit the earth and when that day comes they shall get their just reward. I particularly like timefactors opening hours as I tend to buy too many watches if dwelling too long online. Sad I know but hopefully this medium is becoming a dodgy old place to cast ones barrel of monkeys as the old saying goes. All the best Edward from your old chum Leslie.”
