“service was good. website easy to navigate. I did have some trouble tracking my parcel other than that happy with merchandise , I purchased a bag and jigsaw for a gift and the recipients were very happy. <br />I wish there was an office/workshop in Sydney! would happily be eager to be part of the team! haha”

“Was unable to get the clothing labels to stick (they would come off in the wash). Tried multiple heat settings, tried attaching to both fabric and clothing tags without success. Customer service tried to help but nothing worked.”
