“initially i placed 1 free order by paying just the shipping fees to try out. after about 1 year of using, the labels can last. However, when i start to place a bulk order, things gone terribly wrong. The same piece of first trial name labels starts to fade away after just 2 weeks of usage. The bulk order was lost in mail, customer service just ask me to keep waiting. It has been 1 month, 1 week since i placed my order, it never came. I paid $6 of shipping fees but the tracking is only within Australia and no tracking is available outside of Australia, which is ridiculous. Not sure why am i paying expensive shipping fees for non traceable mail. this experience has made me really disappointed in Tinyme and i would not want to use your name labels anymore.”

“Whilst the web was easy to order in I still over a month after ordering have not received my product. Very disappointed as it says the parcel was sent untracked so not much I can do but hope!”

“Stickers not received after 6-7weeks. Emailed customer service and was told already posted out but no tracking number. Buy at your own risk in case it doesn't arrive.”

“Item was lost in transit, never delivered Customer service was helpful but could not resolve problem apart from refunding my credit card. Would suggest an option to track item other than sending it untracked.”
