“Tippsy was pretty great. There was an issue with one of my orders and Tiffany helped me out with the order and gave me 2,000 points when she saw that it was too late to cancel shipping. It was annoying that the website was faulty and the wrong price was displayed but I appreciate the response.”

I am sorry for this inconvenience caused. Our customer service team is monitoring your pakage every day after the first touch. Some states are strict to ship alcohol to. We need to take additional steps to move the inventory before we hand it off to the local carrier. This usually causes your shipment to take an additional week, on top of the 3-5 business day shipping standard, to be completed. I hope you receive your order quickly.

“Ordered with estimated delivery on Dec 21. Can't fulfill an order. Ordered on Dec 7. Now Dec 21. No shipment, no estimated shipment date and no reliable information about this shipment. UPDATE: Order status suddenly appeared and sake was delivered within 24 hours. I don’t know if it was in transit for 2 weeks or if the order was expedited after my complaint. Given that this order was for a Christmas present, it was upsetting that I had no information about whether it would be here in time or not. I’m glad it was delivered in time. I would give them more stars if not for their lack of status updates, which they seem trying to resolve.”

“Tippsy Sake delivers Sake's that you cannot find in any local super market. The qualities of the sakes are superb! Trying out the various sakes has been a very fun experience for my husband and I, and it makes for a great date night at home. We talk about the flavor profiles and what ones we like best and will buy for later use. I have always had great customer service with any issues or questions I have had, I only had one issue and it was handled on the spot. We will continue with Tippsy for many years!”
