I ordered the Pro Series Pallet Fork Attachment, 48" Fork Blades. When the frame arrived, it was NOT protectively packed and had many paint scrapes, scratches and flaking. It looked like a scratch and dent special while I paid for a brand new item. The paint job doesn't look like it will last long term in my opinion.

I’m impressed with the quality of the mower so far. When I got the mower it was missing the two short pick up brackets and the hardware. I called the support group and they sent me the pdf to download and identify the missing parts. This was stressful and consumed a lot of time. After several days I got the correct part and finished the installation. By the way the the parts and assemble instructions leaves a lot to be desired.

Well built but the quality of shipping is something to be desired. Shipped upside down laying on a skid with no paint protection which in turn messed up the decal and paint in many places

The spade attachment looks pretty good but havnt had a chance to use it yet. I did weld on a grab hook to be able to support it when using on bucket or forks. That quite a bit of strain to put on the center of the bucket without support.

The attachments are great products for the price. The shipping is the problem area. This is the third implement I have purchased and all three have been delayed in shipment or missing parts. Some were because of missing labels. Two were delivered missing locking pins. Titan stepped up and remedied the issue each time. However, it is still frustrating when you are waiting on the shipment to use on a project.

Shipping took too long. They use FedEx and in our area regular FedEx shipping is terrible. Package went from MS to Chicago to Phoenix AZ back to IL on it way to WI. On one hand I know that it is not Titans fault, however, they were unwilling to follow up with FedEx and return my request for information. Unfortunately, because of the delay, I had to rent the attachment from a local tractor dealer while I waited for the attachment that I purchased over a week earlier.

I had to adjust the quick connect so it would fit. It doesn't quite fit so I had to make some adjustments.

Product was put together with ease. Disappointed with the quality and thickness of padding. Upon delivery the box was torn in multiple places exposing the product. Thankfully parts were not lost in transit.

I contacted Titan about a fit issue and after the warra.ty department requested measurements & I provided them , I've heard nothing.

Purchased pallet forks from only. It was shipped bare without any wrapping. It had obviously been dropped at some point and the center top portion was bent where it hit something during the fall. The unit also arrived all scratted up due to lack of wrapping. It will still works,so no reason to send it back... just a bit disappointed.

I really can’t blame titan for my mistake. I ended up having to buy an adapter and ordered to fit my Bushhog the gearbox has a 21 spline fitting and the driveshaft that I bought has an eight spline on both ends which I’ve never seen before. So I had to spend another $150 to get an adapter in order to use this driveshaft. Would’ve been nice if I could’ve sent it back but it being a dent and ding sale, I could not. It’s when I get for trying to be cheap and save money. I won’t be guilty of that again.

Have not even used it yet and black paint already chunking off revealing rust before painting, Titan is better than this. Will it eventually rust, and chip away the paint, sure but with use not weeks after receiving it?

Shipping was very quick, but was delayed when part of the order was supposed to be out for delivery but was loaded into the wrong vehicle and traveled to another state. One of the mounting pins was welded in the wrong location, so I had to do a lot of grinding before it would fit in the mounting hole. The fork attachment now works correctly.

I think the forks are well made, exactly what I needed, however, whoever installed the cross member bolts (2) cross threaded (1) bolt. Ruined the bolt and threads. I just happen to have a tap and die set. Not every woman will. ITS THE LITTLE THINGS THAT REALLY MATTER!!! I DONT NEED ANTHING ELSE TO WORK ON.

I still have not received my shipment. Made 3 100 mile round trips as a result of confusion thru carrier RAC. Not happy!

It was delivered but must have fallen off pallet. All scratched up on one side. Still functional so am using it fine.
