Im new to the 3 point hitch . The hitch I got is 1 1/2 inches to wide.Prob not your salesman fault. But he would of asked me what size I needed so I wouldnt have ran into this trouble. Other then that very good construction and hard steel with very good welds come[ared to others. Little pricey tho.

Titan product is great shipping was not arrived thrown out in my yard boxing destroyed due to shipping the back side of my product paint destroyed and rusting!

After not feeling order that was placed a month prior to me, starting to inquire where my order is, I received replacement parts that were more than what I have ordered. The original order I placed was told they had the parts in stock. For some reason they couldn’t fill the order and never told me why.

Tha 2 inch receiver came 4 days after it was ordered that was good. The pallet fork ordered was another story frame attachment came on the 18th the two forks one came on the 21st the other came on the 24th Had to rent a set to do the job costed 100 dollars to rent a set that was one of the reasons I bought the pallet forks.

Attachment fell off a couple of times, and the plate was super loose on the attachment end also they sent the wrong hydraulic couplers. They were supposed to be flat faced. I finally got a hold of customer service and they want pictures. Just another delay.

Wrong fittings said it comes with flat face couplers and also plate attachment is super loose and almost hit a worker. Customer service couldn’t help me they had me speak to support who now wants a video!!

I was very happy with the equipment, but the shipping was a let down. Equipment came without any packaging at all, clearly bounced around in the truck, significantly dinged and scratched, and missing one of the fork pins, which I will now have to find a replacement for.

The product seems heavy built. However the fittment in my application left a lot to be desired. The Quick attachment system will not fit my Mahindra 3550 Cab tractor with factory Mahindra loader system and quick attachment system. The quick attachment levers will only engage one side or the other of the titan system and the lower angled portion of the titan system doesn't not fit properly either. The unit will require significant modifications to make fit properly.

The digger is an excellent addition to my set of tractor tools. It is well-built and rugged. I would give Titan a 5/5 for its product. The shipper they chose (Saia) incorrectly loaded my package, delaying its delivery by over 7 days. Titan indirectly deserves some blame for this, as it impacted the job I was supposed to do for a client.

Mower works great. Shipping was quick. Did arrived damaged but not bad enough to send back and wait for a replacement. Plastic height adjustment knobs were broken.

The carton was destroyed pin on release handle was bent and will need to be changed the delivery drive even commented on the packaging

The forklifts are great, the only reason for a three-star is the delivery. Received one fork the first day received the component the next day, and a week and a half later received the last fork, after three calls. Every time I called Titan's person was very helpful and solved the problem.

So far I am happy with the implement. However, when I received it, it was upside down and the packaging was terrible. Ended up with some broken and missing parts. Titan did take of the issue, but it put using it on hold until the parts arrived.

Slow delivery, multiple missing attachments/pieces, but it did all eventually get here. Auger bits are low quality, had I known I would have passed on those, but everything else seems good.

Delivered in a timely manner. There is one problem…. The green piece arrived with a 8” section on top that had the paint completely scraped off. I’m a bit disappointed because I bought new but it doesn’t look new.

Don’t like the third party shipping! It was a Paine to get my titan delivered took an extra week. Also the design on the wheels to engage the grinder is really weak. My husband had to add parts on the outside to help it stay in or out of position while spreading. Not sure if this has been an issue?
