“I'm going to be completely honest. Arrived within 6 days from ordering. Box had a few holes in it. Could have been anything the way it was packaged or dropped off. It is Medal so it shouldnt be a problem. Will update on it haven't used it yet.”

“Your website sucks. I tried ordering the multi grip cambered bar, it’s currently discounted 15%, I got a code this morning with a 20% off code, so I tried using it and error. I called, one of your guys told me that Titan doesn’t send discount codes.. what?! Yes the code is from you. Then he conceded that I got the code from you and said it couldn’t be applied because the item is already discounted. I asked if he could remove the 15% off discount so I could apply my 20% off code. He says no, ‘you’ll just have to wait until it’s no longer on discount’. Lmao, what a joke. I was already on the fence about you guys after watching all the home gym review videos on YouTube. What a lame company.”

“Shipping was a nightmare. Took weeks to get delivered. Gave three stars because you do business with FedEx. They had what I bought for 3 to 4 days and kept saying delivery was delayed. This is typical for Fed Ex. Probably won’t order anything anymore because they use FedEx. Did I mention I do not like FedEx?”

“The bench is great. The shipping box was tore to shreds and the bench pretty much ended up on my porch in loose pieces. Multiple holes in the box, the delivery driver gave me the instructions and welcome card that should have been in the box by hand. The standing bar that runs across the top of the bench to stand the bench up was also bent. Rubber mallet got it back in to place and she’s running just fine. Solid bench once together. Shipping could be better.”

“Functional trainer was easy to assemble. Didn’t love that it didn’t come with paper instructions and you had to watch a YouTube video for assembly instructions. Lots of pausing and putting the phone down then getting the pieces, then watching again. Slowed the process down, but equipment works great.”

“I really like our new piece of equipment. It is for a firehouse. I feel that it is heavy duty enough to handle the abuse we will put it through. My only concern, the platform you stand on has a lip that helps keep you from flipping over when you do back extensions or ab work, the lip does not seem tall enough and there is a brief moment of fear when you start your workout. So far, no one has gotten injured, but that would be my 1 concern.”
