“I was with T-Mobile for over 5 years, The customer service used to be great, but it got very bad, I did not have too much issues except for non working numbers being able to call my phone... They finally got that kind of working, but some still got through.
FAST FOWARD to 2022, I find out T-Mobile is going to FIRE their employees who choose not to get vaccinated against COVID-19. It should not T-Mobiles position to force their already struggling support staff to make a medical decision or loose their livelihood. Therefor today I have left T-Mobile, and I hope others do the same too who agree with me.”
“I have been using t-mobile for 2 years. I had no problem until today. I went to t-mobile store tried to pay my prepaid account and then one of employees offered me new plan which is $50 per month ( Unlimited call, text, and data). He told me that i should get new number and then he will transfer my old number to this new sim card and i did. After that he told me it will activate in 2 hours, then after 2 hours my number got out of service. And then i tried to contact to t-mobile customer support, lady picked up the phone told me that i need to contact with prepaid support then i have been trying to contact with prepaid support since last 2 days. It's so annoyed me. Because of these reasons i decided to switch my number to AT & T.”
