They should get NO F'ING stars at all...minus if anything!!! The worst service I have EVER had in every single way. Purchased a lens in December 2018 and still no sign of it, no tracking information yet to show up, and their customer services are f'ing AWFUL!!! They have tried to fob me off with an email with NIL information, no tracking info or any assurances that I'll get my lens! My fault really, thinking I was going to get a bargain but now they have my money and still have my lens!!! If I ever decide to get on a plane to Hong Kong I will be giving them a visit if I can find their HQ. Let's see how they deal with me face to face...bunch of p*ss taking f*cktards!!!

Atrocious. Ordered a camera for my husband for Christmas, but it has never arrived. Tracking shows it was 'delivered through letterbox', but despite this being impossible (my letterbox is 3cm high!), they are refusing to do anything to help at all. I've lost over £300 and they will not discuss it with me or open a claim with the courier company (who have admitted they've lost the parcel and it couldn't have been delivered). All of my emails are being ignored and there is no phone number on their website. Don't bother, buy elsewhere, they cannot be trusted and will just ignore you when things go wrong.

Absolutely disgusting, I placed an order for Christmas, I kept chasing and chasing, they never arrived, it cost me 110.00 I have emailed T Deals several times, they said Yodel have delivered the goods to my porch, however I have not got the good, I have asked for proof, they will not provide this. I do not have a secure porch area. They do not want to know, I am now taking legal advice, and going to take them to the small claims court. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UTTERY DISGUSTING!!!

WARNING NEVER USE TOBY'S DEALS YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF! I bought an expensive telephoto DSLR lens and upon receipt found it couldn't focus crisply. I paid for a professional UK based lens calibration company to calibrate front/rear focus. They couldn't as the focus required was beyond the calibration range. I received a report and sent the lens back to Toby's deals at my expense (in excess of £100 to Hong Kong) after a while they simply said the lens was OK and want me to pay for it to be returned to me with no fix, no replacement and no refund. I am now in dispute and seeking legal advice.

SCAM WARNING! DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER ANYTHING from Tobydeals.UK . The scam they operate is to get you to pay something they never intend to deliver (Galaxy S9 for £476 in my case). They answer emails inquiring where the article has got to by pretending you can track the package, and then by pretending to launch an inquiry. After 7 weeks I demanded a refund and instantly they magically responded with the inquiry result (that I'd waited a week for) that the phone had been lost in transit. Total compensation (yet to be paid) = £10 from the courier, as Tobydeals.uk takes no responsibility. IT IS A SCAM. Any genuine company has insurance and offers a refund or a replacement. My phone never existed and I paid for something that were never going to supply. Ignore any positive feedback on the internet that they have probably faked

Was worried after reading the reviews which left me feeling very uneasy about this company however my stuff arrived and all seems legitimate at this stage! They do need to do more to guarantee that they are legit so as not to have all these bad reviews as I probably wouldn't have bought had I read them first!

My fiancé been ordered the phone since 12 September and until now is not arrived yet. Yet you guys lied that the phone been dispatched and send the fake of tracking number. It said will arrive on 1 October. But my fiancé contact the customers service and they said the phone hasn't been send. Ffs.... When on delay you guys didn't even contact us to let us know.

Very poor -website said item was in stock 3 days after ordering emailed to see when item would be dispatched only to find out item was not in stock and they would have new stock within week, 2 weeks later no item and despite sending 3 e-mails to get an update no response to any of them and website still says item is in stock

USED not new, no warranty and slow delivery. OK this is not an angry person seeking vengeance, it is honestly written and completely fair, so please take it seriously. I'll break it up into four areas, price, service, delivery and product received. Price - very keen price, £440 for a lens that would cost £670 in Amazon UK. Service - no problems, an initial email which gave a tracking link. The tracking link given covered the overseas only part of the journey. When the lens got to the UK the final info on that original link included another link to track the UK side of things. The information was updated every 24 hours and was understandable and ok. Delivery - A little slow. I have ordered from Hong Kong in the past with digital rev and others, and received delivery within 72 hours. This order took 8 whole days. I ordered on a Sunday afternoon, and delivery was on the following Monday week, afternoon. It was well packaged and intact, more or less. (See product). Product Received. Firstly, the lens had clearly been out of the box. I have bought brand new Tamron lenses before, and the packaging is distinct and factory fresh. This one was plonked back into the polyfoam bag and the cardboard inserts that were inside the box. The bag was crumpled and there were light fingerprints on the body of the lens. I am CERTAIN this was either a return from a customer or a refurbished product. On the box itself, a label on the top had been removed, Size approx 60mm x 25mm and ripping the cardboard while leaving an adhesive residue. I suspect this label would have the relevant information regarding faulty, returned or refurbished product. As it was removed, I will never know. Inspection of the box revealed a crush mark on one side / corner, like a 100mm wide plank of wood (a pallette maybe) had rested on it. The mark ran from one edge towards the centre, reaching halfway. The lens itself seems intact. The autofocus works, as does the limiter switch, the VC modes, the zoom, and the manual focus. That being the case, hopefully it is refurbished and up to Tamrons usual standards. I next registered the 5 year warranty with Tamron, and all I am getting from them is 'This serial number is not recognised on our data base'. I wrote to Tobydeals and 24 hours later a standard pre-written reply arrived, here is the important bit: I am delighted to inform you that we only offer new and original products here at TobyDeals. In order to ensure the quality of the products we offer our customers, we normally inspect a few products from each batch after receiving it from our suppliers. As such, the product needs to be removed from the box during the thorough check. Please be assured that your product is brand new and unused. Conclusion: Used product supplied, possibly a faulty return, though it seems ok on my camera. No Warranty whatsoever, and no acceptance of the true condition of the 'new' lens, and a fairly long delivery (expected that). Up to you if you want to risk it, I read lots of positive reviews in here and thought it would be fine. I wish I had gone to Ebay and paid a little more from a reliable supplier. My advice? Run a mile, DON'T DO IT!

Bought two phones at end of July and still waiting. No updates from Tobydeals. Been trying to get in touch and all I get is promises that phones will be dispatched shortly. Asked for my money back but just being ignored. Proper scam company. No money and no phones! Never buy from them!

Do NOT buy through this company based on our experience I bought a Dyson V8 from Toby Deals, the product basically did not work properly it was intermittent and very poor suction. Toby will not replace, repair or refund this product. Our experience with Toby Deals is very poor

I ordered a JBL flip 4 Bluetooth specker~saving about 50 pounds.I placed the order on The sunday -then read all the reviews and started panicking even tried to contact my bank to stop the payment going out. I only saw bad reviews. My flip 4 arived by the Thursday - thats 4 days- it was package very well original packaging. I had to write this review to put at ease the people like me who only focus on bad reviews. I would definitely but from them again.

I tried to cancel the lens immediately after placing the order, this was ignored and it was sent a week later. I did not even receive it and they said it was sent to the wrong address and then returned to their warehouse. Because of this they wanted to charge me a £20 admin fee and £22 shipping fee, meaning I would only be refunded a third of what I paid. This matter also took 4 months to resolve! Fortunately, I reported it to PayPal and they gave me a full refund. TobyDeals are nothing short of lazy criminals.

Let me tell you what happened here. Having read some of the reviews on this site and elsewhere, I tried to cancel an order I had placed with these guys. Tried to. Because their website suggests opening a "ticket" to speak with them. But guess what? Nowhere on their website is there any provision for doing so. Now, under their terms and conditions, cancellations are permitted when your goods have not yet been processed. During a week when the order was being "processed" I sent them NUMEROUS emails at their customer services email address, specifically requesting a cancellation, with screen-shots of their T&C and time-stamped pictures of my order still in the processing stages. All of it, ignored completely. This morning I get an email thanking me for my custom and telling me that the goods have been dispatched. Which means that to return them will cost me somewhere in the region of £80 ... around half the value of the respective item. This is not a matter I intend to rest. I consider this a fraudulent transaction at this point and will be taking up the matter with the bank first and consumer advice shortly thereafter. I am not going to say this is a scam. The goods will probably appear. But I no longer want them. I no longer want to have the slightest dealing with this company. And I strongly advise - I STRONGLY ADVISE - that anyone who values good customer service does the same.

They also forgot to send my order and I needed to prompt them 3 weeks after I made the purchase and processed my payment. They also ignore emails i wouldnt trust them if product was faulty
