“im not gonna lie its a good company i understand how why the prices are cheap, this is cause the prices of mobile phones in hong kong are much cheap there then in the uk although they do false advertise i wouldn't just blame it on them for the delivery they dispatch the product the same day of the order but if there is an error with the shipping company you shouldn't hate on them. they are giving you cheap product be grateful of it even if it takes 3 weeks or so most of the time it doesnt and wothin thoese weeks you could be spending that money you saved on something else. i would recommended if you dont mind shipping times”

“I bought a pixel from these about 2 months ago. I hadn't read the mixed reviews before purchasing I just saw the great price and went ahead and bought it. I had an email about a week after buying stating my order has been processed , I thought to myself it's taking a while as the company is a .co.uk company. At this stage I looked into the company and saw they are based in Hong Kong and the product I was buying was not a UK product so it will need a UK adapter and updates ect will be difficult in the UK.
When the phone arrived after about 2 weeks it was as stated on the site brand new and all original accessories. The actual Google pixel box was not sealed but it was definetly brand new.
After using the phone for a bit I realised it was already on Android 8 and this should be on an Android 7 as it's brand new. This wasn't a problem but it was a bit wierd that it wasn't on 7.
Other than it took about 2 weeks to arrive and it wasn't sealed , the phone I had was brand new and much cheaper than other sites so I'm glad I bought from tobydeals and I probably will buy again in the future. Their communication via email is not great but when they reply they are very clear and their English seemed fine.
I would like to say thought that selling from a .co.uk site is very misleading being as they are based in Asia and important information such as warranty ect should be shown more clearly on their site.”
“I ordered a set of DJI googles from a dit co dot uk website (or so i thought). it was shipped from Hong Kong and took three weeks to arrive and was passed between several couriers on the way.
The price was great, about 30% less than amazon. The only difference is that the amazon goggles ARRIVE.
The courier abandoned the parcels on my doorstep (i would guess/hope )and i live on a busy road with a pub opposite. The rest of this experience is down to the shoddy customer service. I paid for signed for delivery. No signature or delivery slip, so one would expect a pretty swift refund? No. I had to go to paypal and actually lost the case as apparently there was proof of delivery but, no, i cant see it! yes, i paid for the item and didn't get it. May as well have burnt the cash on the fire.
Toby Deals suggested that I make a claim against their courier, which Yodel will not entertain, only they can do this. So yep feeling pretty foolish.

“No mention at sales point of company holiday, so took payment for an item that wouldn’t be delivered within time frame they gave. Had to email repeatedly for a tracking number. No sign of it leaving the store from tracking number.No parcel arrived . They blame courier, when courier hasn’t been advised to collect? Now say parcel is missing? Insist you provide proof of Id? And a letter to say it hasn’t arrived? All the while no telephone communication only email. ( As no telephone number can get through) Terrible customer service! “I purchased £316 Dyson straighteners from Toby’s Deals. They arrived faulty with the airplane security prongs bent meaning the product is unusable. I raised a ticket immediately and still no refund 30 days later. I have been told faulty products are not covered by their warranty.
They reply to my daily complaints and assure me they have raised a claim with their courier company. This is a fraudulent claim as the straighteners were so well packaged it would have been physically impossible for the beings to be bent in transit.
When I tried to register the said straighteners with Dyson I was told the serial number was not recognised as a genuine Dyson product and to contact my supplier immediately. Toby's deals won’t hear this and insist they are a genuine product.
Do not buy from Toby’s deals. I can not afford to lose £316.”
